Hatte einen Defekt bei meinem Einhell-Akku-Rasenmäher, ärgerlicherweise kurz nach Ablauf der 2-jährigen Herstellergarantie. Dann hab ich aber gesehen dass ZGONC die Garantie von sich aus auf 5 Jahre verlängert drum hab ich nach einem schnellen Anruf den Rasenmäher vorbei gebracht und zu meinem Erstaunen wurde er mir nicht nur repariert sondern gleich kostenlos gegen ein Neugerät ausgetauscht! Hab im Zuge dessen dann gleich ein zweites Einhell-Gerät gekauft auch da wurde ich gut beraten und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Hut ab, so einen freundlichen und unkomplizierten Service / Kundendienst findet man heute nur noch selten. Für mich in Zukunft ganz klar nur noch ZGONC. Great customer service, very friendly staff! My Einhell cordless lawnmower had a defect, annoyingly shortly after the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee had expired. But then I saw that ZGONC extended the guarantee to 5 years on its own, so after a quick phone call I brought the lawnmower over and to my amazement it was not only repaired but also exchanged for a new device free of charge! In the course of this I bought a second Einhell device, and I was given good advice and I am very satisfied with it. Hats off, such a friendly and uncomplicated service / customer service is rarely found these days. For me in the future only ZGONC clearly.
