Leider hat mein Ehemann damals einen Lieferschein unterschrieben über 100 m mit dem Hinweis, daß wäre so üblich, der Rest würde zurückgegeben. Auf persönliche Nachfrage heute im Geschäft haben sich die beiden Verkäufer gegen jedes sachliche Argument gesperrt. (Wir haben eine sehr kleine Wohnung - brauchen niemals so viel Kabel). Stellt sich nur die Frage - wieso hat die Rechnungslegung ein halbes Jahr gedauert? Wir wollten seinerzeit sofort bezahlen, was aber nicht möglich war. Auch auf nochmaliger Nachfrage nach einer Woche durften wir noch nicht bezahlen. Was ist bei der Firma Maier los? Wieso ist in der Buchhaltung nicht bekannt, dass 80 m Kabel zurückgeben wurden ? Wir haben schon viel Geld in der Firma Maier ausgegeben. Behandelt man so seine guten Kunden? Wir erwarten schnellstmöglich eine korrigierte Rechnung. Dipl. - Ing. If only the question arises - why did the accounting take half a year? We wanted to pay immediately, which was not possible. Even on repeated demand for a week we were not allowed to pay. What is going on at the company Maier? Why is not it known in the accounting department that 80 m of cable were returned? We have already spent a lot of money in the Maier company.
