★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kaufte einen Staubsauger in diesem Geschäft. Dieser hatte von Anfang an ein einen defekten Schlauchanschluss. Nach langen Verhandlungen konnte ich diesen dann auch zum Austausch reklamieren. Ich erhielt den Schlauchteil dann ohne den Griff ausgetauscht, welchen ich jedoch bei der Reklamation abgegeben habe. Die Chefin dieses Geschäftes gab ihn mir dann kulanzhalber und verwies mich dann des Geschäftes. Weiters teilte sie mir mit, dass ich nicht mehr kommen solle und als Kunde unerwünscht bin. Bemerkt wird, dass ich den Staubsauger für meine Mutter in diesem Geschäft gekauft habe, da sie schon Jahrzehnte Kunde in diesem Geschäft WAR!!! So geht es man mit langjährigen Kunden um
I bought a vacuum cleaner in this shop. This had a defective hose connection from the start. After long negotiations, I was able to claim this for exchange. I then received the hose part without the handle, which I gave in the complaint. The boss of this shop then gave it to me as a goodwill and then referred me to the shop. Furthermore she informed me that I shouldn't come anymore and that I am undesirable as a customer. It is noted that I bought the vacuum cleaner for my mother in this shop because she has been a customer in this shop for decades !!! This is how you deal with long-term customers
