C	Christian Brandlehner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde innerhalb der Garantiezeit eine kostenlose Reparatur verweigert mit der Begründung, der Händler sein kein authorisierter Vertragspartner von Jura - bei einer original verpackten Jura Espressomaschine mit Garantieschein in der Verpackung kann man wohl von einem Kunden nicht erwarten, dass er so etwas berücksichtigen müsste, besonders wenn man es offiziell (mit Rechnung und Mehrwertsteuer) gekauft hat. Meiner Meinung nach wird hier versucht, die Kosten an den Kunden abzuwälzen und es wäre abzuklären, ob das gesetzlich zulässig ist. I was refused a free repair within the warranty period on the grounds that the dealer is not an authorized contractor of Jura - with an original packaged Jura espresso machine with warranty in the packaging can not be expected of a customer that he would have to consider something like this, especially if you bought it officially (with invoice and VAT). In my opinion here is trying to pass the costs to the customer and it should be clarified whether this is legally permissible.
