Großer Minuspunkt: während der Covid19-Pandemie trugen die Mitarbeiter trotz gesetzlicher Vorschrift keine Masken! Nice shop with a good selection and technically competent employees. Big minus point: during the Covid19 pandemic, the employees did not wear masks despite the legal requirement!
M	Michael Strasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schön sortiertes Geschäft. Riesig viel Auswahl an E-Bikes. Auch normale Fahrräder sind im Bestand. Renn- und Kinderräder gibt es keine. Tolle Beratung. Nicely stocked shop. Huge selection of e-bikes. Normal bicycles are also in stock. There are no racing bikes or children's bikes. Great advice.

View of the bikes is only possible to a limited extent due to "Corona", no proper advice, arrogant manager - the bike business is doing well at the moment, so you can afford it - woe only if people stop buying ..

Alles in allem klar weiter zu empfehlen! I really enjoy the KTM MTB that I bought from Red Plates :-) Competent specialist advice, good service, friendly and helpful staff. All in all, clearly to be recommended!

Teile die nicht defekt waren wurden beim Service getauscht!!! - beim Kettenwechsel nicht einmal den alte Öl- Staub Belag von den Ritzel entfernt (haben nicht das Werkzeug dazu). Ausreden über Ausreden- z.B. haben geglaubt das die Bremse quietscht - dann war das halt bei einen anderen Fahrrad. Totally inflated spare parts prices! Parts that were not defective were exchanged by the service!!! - didn't even remove the old oil-dust coating from the sprockets when changing the chain (don't have the tools for it). Excuses after excuses - e.g. thought the brakes squeaked - then it was just another bike.

Preis zu Leistung vollkommen übertrieben. Verkäufer hat keine Ahnung: "Ich bin nicht der Mechaniker". No listing of what was done, just an invoice. Poor quality replacement parts used. Repair needed again after 3 months! Price to performance completely exaggerated. Seller has no idea: "I'm not the mechanic".

Es gibt auch nicht das geringste preisliche Entgegenkommen trotz Barzahlung eines nicht unerheblichen Betrages (der Chef hat sich dafür direkt einen Hunderter in die Hosentasche geschoben), nicht einmal ein kleines Goodie als Draufgabe war drin. Die Herren mögen zwar wissen, wie man zu einem Abschluss kommt, ein Folgegeschäft wird es aber definitiv nicht geben und bestimmt auch keine Weiterempfehlung! Nachtrag: Netter Versuch - aber von MIR kann man sich keine positiven Bewertungen erkaufen! Very large assortment and comprehensive, competent advice. BUT... as a customer, you are urged to buy. There is also not the slightest concession in terms of price, despite paying a not inconsiderable amount in cash (the boss put a hundred in his pocket for this), not even a small goodie as a bonus was included. The gentlemen may know how to get a deal, but there will definitely not be follow-up business and certainly no recommendation! Addendum: Nice try - but you can't buy positive reviews from ME!
