Es wurden 3 Kassakunden die nach mir kamen, bevorzugt. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde ich als unbelehrbar beleidigt. Filialleiter ist völlig fehl am Platz und überfordert. Got an appointment from the head office after 2 weeks, no busy phone! Waited 20 min at the counter, after picking up the car again waited 15 min. 3 cash customers who came after me were preferred. After my complaint, I was insulted as incorrigible. Branch manager is completely out of place and overwhelmed.
