M	Maria Scheibelhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr teuer was manchmal nicht schlecht ist. Aber sehr unfreundlich immer schon so erlebt. Heute der super gau. Über 30 min hab ich in den Geschäft gewartet um mein Rad abzuholen. Kein ich komme gleich kein einen Moment bitte. Ab und zu Blicke also registriert wurde ich. 3 Mitarbeiter 2 Kunden waren in Gespräch (der dritte war am Fahrrad reperieren der nach ca 13min sagte das ich vorne zahlen muss). Schon beim Fahrrad bringen sagte mir der Mitarbeiter das es ein billiger Schrott ist das Fahrrad. Und beim Verkauf wirst nur angemotzt wenn du einen Termin hast das du nach hinten fahren musst tschüss ade kein Besuch mehr Very expensive which is sometimes not bad. But always been very unfriendly. Today the super bad. I waited over 30 minutes in the shop to pick up my bike. No i'll be right no a moment please. Every now and then looks so I was registered. 3 employees 2 customers were in conversation (the third was on the bike repairing who said after about 13 minutes that I have to pay up front). As soon as I brought my bike, the employee told me that the bike was cheap scrap. And when selling, you will only be asked if you have an appointment that you have to go back goodbye no more visitors
S	Sabine Hubner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Geschäft speziell für Radprofis - für den "Durchschnittsradler" kann ich es leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Mit schiefen Blicken und abwertenden Kommentaren wird einem recht schnell klar gemacht, dass man mit Rädern ab dem mittleren Preissegment seine Zeit nicht verschwenden möchte. Außerdem hat man mir als Frau das Gefühl gegeben, dass ich sowieso keine Ahnung habe. A shop especially for professional cyclists - for the "average cyclist" I unfortunately cannot recommend it. With crooked looks and derogatory comments, it quickly becomes clear that you don't want to waste your time with bikes from the middle price segment. In addition, as a woman, I was given the feeling that I have no idea anyway.
R	Robert Blaha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann mich den schlechten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Eine alte Weisheit, dass der Fisch beim Kopf zu stinken beginnt, kommt hier richtig zum Tragen. Habe schon um ca. 20 k€ eingekauft, jedoch bei Reklamationen, wo Kontakt mit dem Lieferanten "Specialized" aufgenommen muß, ist Schluß mit der Expertise. Habe mich um einen neuen Händler umgesehen und bin bei Radsport Ginner in Amstetten im Service sehr gut aufgehoben. I can only agree with the bad reviews. An old saying that the fish starts to stink in the head really comes into play here. I already bought for around 20k €, but in the case of complaints, where contact with the supplier "Specialized" has to be made, the expertise is over. I looked around for a new dealer and I'm in very good hands in the service department at Radsport Ginner in Amstetten.
B	Berti Ch. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann meine Vorreder nur bestätigen....die Verkäufer (vor allem der Geschäftsführer) ist sowas von Eingenommen das ich es jedes mal bereue doch wieder hingegangen zu sein. Ich spreche jetzt nicht von den Mechanikern (sind super nette Burschen mit Erfahrung!) , aber der Verkauf ist letztklassig und unfreundlich ohne jegliche Ahnung. Ohne Begründung ist alles andere schlecht was sie nicht völlig überteuert verkaufen. Ich bin immer bereit etwas mehr zu bezahlen als im Versand wenn auch die Beratung stimmt aber der Geschäfsführer ist einfach nur prepotent und extremst unsympathisch. Würde ausser der Werkstatt niemanden empfehlen... I can only confirm what I said earlier... the seller (especially the manager) is so impressed that I regret going back every time. I'm not talking about the mechanics (they are super nice guys with experience!) but the sales are top notch and unfriendly with no idea. Without justification, everything else is bad that they don't sell completely overpriced. I'm always willing to pay a little more than shipping, even if the advice is right, but the manager is just prepotent and extremely unsympathetic. Wouldn't recommend anyone other than the shop...
C	Christian Stöger (willy) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eigentlich ein netter Laden. Das Personal hat eine gewisse Grund-Freundlichkeit, aber alles andere muss man sich hart erarbeiten (erfragen). Keine echte Beratung, man hat immer das Gefühl den Betrieb zu stören. Muss man mögen und wer damit zurecht kommt könnte sich hier vielleicht seinen Fahrrad-Traum erfüllen. Für uns eher nichts... actually a nice shop. The staff has a certain basic friendliness, but everything else has to be worked hard (ask). No real advice, you always have the feeling of disrupting operations. You have to like it and if you can cope with it, your bike dream could come true here. For us rather nothing ...

Bin spontan vorbeigefahren und mir wurde - nicht allzu verständnisvoll - erklärt, dass gerade Hochsaison ist und man Wochen warten muss. Habe dann meine Nummer hinterlegt und wurde am Nachmittag kontaktiert, dass jemand ausgefallen ist und ich es schnell vorbeibringen kann. War insofern positiv überrascht. Heuer war ich früher drann, dachte ich brauche trotzdem einen Termin. Der nette Herr am Telefon meinte, im Moment geht es gut, ich soll das Rad einfach mal vorbeibringen. Gesamteindruck also gut! I wanted - unknowingly - to have my bike serviced last spring. I spontaneously drove by and was told - not too understandingly - that it was high season and you had to wait weeks. I then left my number and was contacted in the afternoon that someone had dropped out and I could bring it over quickly. Was pleasantly surprised in that respect. This year I was early, thought I still needed an appointment. The nice gentleman on the phone said things are going well at the moment, I should just bring the bike over. So overall impression good!
R	Ric Mazer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Sterne für den Mechaniker. Bemüht und kompetent, nimmt sich Zeit, der einzige Grund, warum ich überhaupt noch zu diesem Händler gehe. Auswahl ist - für die COVID-Zeit - recht ausgewogen und auch hochwertig, für den derzeitigen Mangel an Ersatzteilen und Komponenten kann man die Händler nicht verantwortlich machen. 0 Sterne für den Herrn, von dem man aus dem kleinen Büro heraus zwar wahrgenommen, aber erst mal ignoriert wird und der dann gnädigerweise doch das Geld entgegennimmt. Man gewinnt den Eindruck, als würde er beim Kassieren auf eine Entschuldigung warten, weil man eine Minute seiner Zeit beansprucht hat. 5 stars for the mechanic. Tried and competent, takes his time, the only reason I still go to this dealer. Selection is - for the COVID-time - quite balanced and also of high quality, the dealers cannot be held responsible for the current lack of spare parts and components. 0 stars for the gentleman who will notice you from the small office but initially ignore you and then graciously accept the money. One gets the impression that he is waiting at the cashier for an apology for taking up a minute of his time.
