★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google reviews have a fundamental problem, which is that everyone who's merely satisfied gives 5 stars. I'm giving this place 4 stars, which will drag its average down....crazy! My experience was somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. I had the samosa, which I recommend. Then I had the Lamb Karahi, which was tasty. I asked for it to be spicy ("scharf"), but it was not even medium hot. I recommend asking for "Indian hot" or something like that. What was really disappointing was the naan bread, which seemed to be some kind of mass produced thing they just got out of a plastic wrapper - avoid! The service was friendly and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely friendly staff walks you through their menu and day's specialties. Delicious food, house-made mango-lassi. Definitely recommended. Mind afternoon closing-time like in many St Pölten restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. Overpriced and dull taste. I eat chicken curry all the time at Indian restaurants. This one was dull in flavor. The chappati was dull and tasted old and like burnt garlic. Cost was 3x more than I am used to paying in other countries, and flavor was 1/3x what I’m used to.

However, at pickup, I couldn’t pay withcard and had to walk all the way to an ATM. That’s why one star minus.
The food is perfect, though?
