C	Chris.P Chicken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service! Nur hingehen müssen, Problem geschildert, Fahrrad kurz in die Werkstatt gegeben und innerhalb von 10min war ich wieder am Sattel. Jederzeit wieder! Super Service! Only have to go, problem described, bike briefly in the workshop and within 10 minutes I was back on the saddle. Any time!
A	Alexandra Ernszt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man muss sehr lange auf sein Fahrrad warten(über einen Monat bei mir...)..Die Kommunikation hat sehr schlecht funktioniert,da man keine Ansprechperson hat... Was bei der Abgabe des Fahrrads ausgemacht,oder abgesprochen wurde,daran hat man sich nur bedingt gehalten....auch der besprochene Preis,ist leider nicht eingehalten worden...und als ich mit dem Fahrrad endlich wieder zu Hause war,bekam ich einen Anruf,dass noch ein Drittel mehr zu bezahlen ist... Positiv ist,dass sich die meisten Angestellten wirklich bemühen,und auch sehr freundlich sind,aber leider sehr schlecht eingeschult sind.... ansonsten wäre es ein tolles Geschäft.... You have to wait a long time on your bike (over a month with me ...) .. The communication has worked very bad, because you have no contact person ... What was agreed when the delivery of the bike, or was agreed, it has only conditionally held .... also the price discussed, has unfortunately not been respected ... and when I finally got back home by bike, I got a call that is still a third more to pay ... Positive is that most of the staff really try, and are also very friendly, but unfortunately are very poorly trained .... otherwise it would be a great deal ....

I had my bike for service at re.unity - City. Quickly friendly and competent - the price is unbeatable! I am very pleased. Therefore 5 stars!

Davor wurde ich in dieser Preisklasse im April nicht fündig! Was served by a courteous young man U saw several bicycles in my size under € 200 for sale in the 4th shop. Before that, I didn't find anything in this price range in April!
S	Sabine Glocker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider keine Qualitätskontrolle. Schwachpunkt ist die Einstellung der Gangschaltung, das können sie leider wirklich nicht gut. Ich hatte in dieser Werkstatt damit schon mehrmals Probleme und werde jetzt definitiv nicht mehr dort hinschauen. Alle andere Sachen haben sie bisher ganz gut gemacht und sie sind sehr preiswert. Unfortunately no quality control. The weak point is the setting of the gears, which unfortunately they are really not good at. I've had problems with it several times in this workshop and will definitely not look there anymore. They have done all other things quite well so far and they are very inexpensive.

I purchased a refurbished used bicycle there for my 2 month stay in Graz, and found them very helpful whenever I needed the bicycle serviced - they never charged me, and kept my bike in top shape for the duration of my stay. They are friendly, competent, and stand by their work. I recommend this shop most highly.
