Sehr kompetent und freundlich mit einem Griff wieder eingestellt und es wurde sogar erklärt wie man das auch selbst machen kann! Super Service danke, werde in Zukunft mein Service hier machen lassen! Dieses Mal hat die Gangschaltung nicht mehr richtig funktioniert, er hat es mir in unter 5 Minuten repariert und auch erklärt was kaputt war. Schnell und kompetent gearbeitet. D	Dieter Fürnschuss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor 14 Tagen auf Grund eines Rücklichtproblems bei meinem E-Bike in dieser Werkstatt. Natürlich auch wegen der durchwegs guten Rezessionen. Ich wurde in keinster Weise enttäuscht! Ein freundlicher junger nahm sich meines Problems an, es mußte ein neues Licht montiert werden, da ich das alte selbst zerstörthatte. Dann das gleiche Problem! Nichts ging. Fehlersuche, gefunden Licht funktioniert! Bezahlen mußte ich nur das neue Licht! Diese Werkstatt ist sehr empfehlenswert! Danke Euch allen! Gerne wieder! 14 days ago I was in this workshop due to a rear light problem on my e-bike. Of course, also because of the consistently good recessions. I wasn't disappointed in any way! A friendly young man took care of my problem, a new light had to be installed because I had destroyed the old one myself. Then the same problem! Nothing went. Troubleshooting, found light works! I only had to pay for the new light! This workshop is highly recommended! Thank you all! Gladly again!
N	Niclas Singer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam aufgrund des Verdachts, dass die Bremsbeläge an meinem Gravel-Bike heruntergefahren sind (mechanische Bremse). Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Beläge in Ordnung sind, allerdings die Bremse vom Werk aus zu locker eingestellt ist. Die Seilzüge vorne und hinten, wurden innerhalb von drei Minuten nachgezogen und ich konnte direkt weiterfahren. Dankenswerterweise wurde mir nichts verrechnet. Professionell, fair und schnell. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen. I came on suspicion that the brake pads on my gravel bike were down (mechanical brake). It turned out that the pads are OK, but the brake is set too loosely at the factory. The front and rear cables were tightened within three minutes and I was able to continue straight away. Thankfully I was not charged for anything. Professionally, fairly and quickly. Would come back anytime.
