Innerhalb kürzester Zeit war das erledigt und preislich echt fair und günstig! Jetzt ein kleines Problem gehabt. Ein Anruf, 5 Minuten später war es gelöst. Man hat in diesem Shop als Kunde das generell immer seltener werdende Privileg sich !persönlich! an einen Fachmann wenden zu können, was mit der Möglichkeit der Online-Wartung diverse Schwierigkeiten schnell und überall beseitigen lässt. Hat mir da sehr kompetent und vor allem günstig weitergeholfen. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend und super Support. Preise sind meiner Meinung nach voll ok. Super dass es in der heutigen Zeit, so jemanden überhaupt noch gibt. Ich bleibe treuer Kunde !! For me, less than 5 stars are incomprehensible, because Rudolf Ranner is an absolute expert with incredible skill for solving tricky problems. Has helped me very competent and especially cheap. Always friendly and courteous and great support. Prices are in my opinion fully ok. It's great that there is still such a thing in this day and age. I remain a loyal customer !!

Rudolf Ranner provided exceptional customer service, far beyond the norm, by providing coffee and cookies in his store while I waited, answering countless questions with a smile, in person, by phone and email and even managed to repair my MacBook in 2-3 days directly before Christmas (!). I was also surprised to find a computer specialist in a small Austrian town that speaks such excellent English which came in handy with my mediocre German skills...! My computer is now to running much better and drastically faster than before. The only downside is that I lost a few important programs and a fair amount of data, however, luckily I had backed up most of what was lost so all is good. I would strongly recommend Rudolf to anyone in Austria and international clients as well!
