★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein PC wurde einmal für einen Grafikkartenfehler hingebracht. Als dieser fertig war wurde er als funktionsfähig abgestempelt.
Dacht mir nichts dabei, startete ihn an und was war? Ein Mainboard fehler! Hab ihn wieder eingeschickt und als ich ihn wieder hatte wurde ein komplett anderes und veraltertes Mainboard eingebaut ohne die richtigen Anschlüsse für meinen Gebrauch! Nachdem dieses Mainboard wieder getauscht wird kommt mein PC niewieder zu so einen unverantwortlichen Unternehmen!
My PC was once taken for a graphics card error. When this was finished he was labeled as functional.
Did not think anything about it, started it and what was? A motherboard error! I sent it back and when I got it again a completely different and obsolete motherboard was installed without the right connections for my use! After this motherboard is replaced again, my PC will never again become such an irresponsible company!

LEIDER als einziges wirkliches Computer-Fachgeschäft in Ried sehr sehr wenig "Gamer" Equip am Lager. (Gute Grafikkarten, Mainboards ect. ) Muss alles bestellt werden.
Very friendly staff and competent.
SORRY as the only real computer specialty store in Ried very very little "gamer" equip in stock. (Good graphics cards, motherboards ect.) Everything must be ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwei Laptops wurden kurz nacheinander von den Technikern als defekt und irreparabel beurteilt (einmal ein Bildschirmdefekt, einmal eine Startproblematik).
Die Empfehlung war neue Laptops vor Ort zu kaufen. Eine Datensicherung auf einer externen Festplatte wäre selbstredend ebenfalls kostenpflichtig nötig.
Jedoch: Zu unserer großen Überraschung liefen beide Laptops kurze Zeit darauf wieder ganz OHNE Reparatur!
Und wären die Mitarbeiter nur etwas motivierter und freundlicher gewesen, hätten wir zwei Sterne vergeben.
Two laptops were judged by the technicians to be defective and irreparable (one screen defect, one starting problem).
The recommendation was to buy new laptops locally. A backup on an external hard drive would of course also be charged.
However: To our great surprise, both laptops ran a short time later completely WITHOUT repair!
And if the staff had just been a little more motivated and friendly, we would have given away two stars.

Der Service Techniker war äußerst freundlich und sympathisch am Telefon als er mir einen Kostenvoranschlag machte. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist diese Firma auch sehr akzeptabel.
