★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Wartezeit, leider werden wartende Kunden ignoriert während sich zwei (!) Verkäufer/innen eine viertel Stunde um eine Kundschaft bemühen.... bei meinen letzten 3 Besuchen in diesem Shop habe ich jedes mal ca. eine halbe Stunde warten müssen?
 Long waiting time, unfortunately waiting customers are ignored while two (!) Sellers try to get customers for a quarter of an hour .... during my last 3 visits to this shop I had to wait about half an hour each time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gutes Team, sowohl bei den Handys als auch bei den Brillen! Leider ist immer eine sehr lange Wartezeit einzuberechnen! Das ist aber auch der einzigste Kritikpunkt!
Very good team, both for the cell phones and the glasses! Unfortunately, there is always a very long waiting time to be taken into account! But that's the only point of criticism!

Handyshop in der weberzeile Top, wenn man für sein Geld auch noch was erhalten möchte....
Technical incompetence can no longer be compensated for by being unfriendly to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Einfühlungsvermögen beim Passbilderstellen von Kindern! Meine Tochter hatte panische Angst alleine auf dem Stuhl zu sitzen um ein Foto zu machen. Anstatt unterstützend einzuwirken, hat sich die Fotografin genervt diediOhren Ohren zugehalten. Alternative Lösungen wurden auf meine Nachfrage hin auch nicht angeboten. Wir sind unverrichteter Dinge wieder gegangen.
No empathy when creating passport photos of children! My daughter was terrified of sitting alone on the chair to take a picture. Instead of acting as a support, the photographer has annoyed covered her ears. At my request, no alternative solutions were offered. We left undone.

Top Service und Beratung.
Hab eine defekte Runtasic Uhr abgegeben und 2 Wochen später eine neue erhalten.
Freundliche Mitarbeiter!
Etwas Wartezeit muss man in Kauf nehmen, dafür bemühen sich die Mitarbeiter!
