Die wird zerlegt und alle Teile werden gereinigt und wieder Fachgerecht montiert.. Thermal bath service from the company Randeks very recommendable they not only look like many others but they really do it as it is in the textbook! It is dismantled and all parts are cleaned and reassembled professionally.

Wie ich die firma randeks kontaktiert habe bekamm ich rasch einen termin und der fehler wurde rasch gefunden was so andere nicht gefundnen haben . Sehr freundlich und sauber gearbeitet. Herr Miki kam, öffnete die Therme, sah sich alles an und meinte, es wird teuerer als die € 114. Am Ende machte die Wartung knapp € 300 aus wobei gute 2 Stunden Arbeit drin stecken, Herr Miki sehr nett und kompetent war. Am Ende schrieb er einen Bericht, erklärte auch was er gemacht hat. Die Therme läuft wieder wie sie soll. Vielen Dank für die tolle Wartung, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis einwandfrei! Sollte wieder was sein, werde ich die Firma Randeks wieder bestellen! I needed thermal maintenance. Based on the great reviews, I chose the Randeks company. I got an appointment pretty quickly too. Mr. Miki came, opened the thermal bath, looked at everything and said it would be more expensive than the € 114. In the end, the maintenance accounted for almost € 300 with a good 2 hours of work, Mr. Miki was very nice and competent. At the end he wrote a report, also explained what he did. The thermal baths are running as they should again. Thank you for the great maintenance, excellent price / performance ratio! If something happens again, I will order the Randeks company again!

Der Mitarbeiter war nicht nur menschlich extrem sympathisch, sondern auch höchst engagiert, offen, ehrlich sowie technisch ein absoluter Profi. Wir haben uns so gut aufgehoben gefühlt wie in 9 Jahren Wien zuvor noch nie und können diese Firma wirklich von ganzem Herzen nur empfehlen! Die Therme wurde komplett zerlegt, gründlich gereinigt und neu eingestellt. Wir wenden uns nächstes Jahr fix wieder an euch :) Danke für diesen grandiosen Service! The first time a really honest, professional thermal bath maintenance for an absolutely bombastic price! The employee was not only extremely personable, but also extremely committed, open, honest and technically an absolute professional. We felt that we were in better hands than in 9 years of Vienna before and can really recommend this company wholeheartedly! The thermal bath was completely dismantled, thoroughly cleaned and readjusted. We'll be in touch with you again next year :) Thank you for this great service!

Mit guten Gewissen wärmstens zu empfehlen! As someone from the trade, I have to say that I have never seen a company carry out maintenance on a thermal bath with such care (also for the environment!!). Warmly recommended with a clear conscience!
