★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie letztes Jahr darf ich Fa. Brankovic höchst loben. Alles lief wie am Schnürchen. Hatte wieder das jährliche Thermenservice. Ich kann Hr. Kilic empfehlen, er macht das jedes Jahr hervorragend und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit! Die Dame am Telefon ist auch immer sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und srhr sympathisch. Verdiente 5 Sterne! Immer wieder gerne! Bin gerne Stammkundin!
Like last year I may praise Brankovic most. Everything went like clockwork. Had the annual spa service again. I can Hr. Kilic recommend, he does it every year excellently and to my complete satisfaction! The lady on the phone is always very accommodating, friendly and very personable. Earned 5 stars! Always my pleasure! I like to be a regular customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Person am Telefon war sehr freundlich, der Elektriker der Firma kam zu uns und hat sich unseren Boiler angesehen. Es wurde ausgemacht, dass ein Kostenvoranschlag geschickt wird - ich habe darum gebeten, diesen in den verbleibenden 1,5 Wochen, die ich vor meinem Urlaub noch im Büro war, zu schicken - da kam mal nichts. Auf Anfragen meinerseits an meinem letzten Arbeitstag wurde mir gesagt, der zuständige Kollege sitze schon dran und es werde daran gearbeitet. Nach 5 Tagen habe ich wieder eine Mail geschrieben, die diesmal gar nicht beantwortet wurde. Nachdem ich nach wie vor keinen Kostenvoranschlag (nach ca. 1 Monat jetzt) oder eine Antwort erhalten habe, muss leider eine andere Firma beauftragt werden. Schade!
The person on the phone was very friendly, the company electrician came to us and looked at our boiler. It was agreed that a quote would be sent - I asked to send it in the remaining 1.5 weeks that I was in the office before my vacation - there was nothing. On requests on my part on my last working day, I was told that the responsible colleague was already sitting and that they were working on it. After 5 days I wrote again an email that was not answered this time. Since I still have not received a cost estimate (after about 1 month now) or an answer, unfortunately, another company must be assigned. Pity!

Das alles noch dazu zu fairen Preisen und professioneller Betreuung. Ich kann Brankovic Haustechnik nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Best installer I've had so far. Works thoroughly and is very friendly. The boss came by in person on December 24th for a thermal bath maintenance. I recommend everyone !!!
