Habe nur einen Anschluss entfernen lassen wollen (Rohr abschrauben, stopfen drauf-fertig). Entfernung Firma-Berufungsort 4 Minuten.
Nach telefonischer Anfrage wird für eine partiestunde 120€ verrechnet und es wird auf Viertelstunde aufgerundet. Hab gesagt ein Monteur reicht.
5 Wochen später kommt die rechnung:
117€, davon 2,50€ der stopfen.
Die neue Therme werd ich woanders bestellen.
Rip off!
I only wanted to have one connection removed (unscrew the pipe, plug it - that's it). Distance between company and place of appointment 4 minutes.
After a telephone request, 120 € will be charged for a party hour and it will be rounded up to 15 minutes. I said one fitter is enough.
5 weeks later the bill comes:
€ 117, of which € 2.50 is the plug.
I will order the new thermal bath somewhere else.

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und sauber: Wir waren sehr froh, dass uns die Firma in unserer Notlage geholfen hat. Empfehlung durch Mundpropagada! Wie gesagt: Wir mussten nicht warten - der Schaden wurde von der Firma sehr rasch behoben!!! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: SUPER!!! Von unserer Seite ist die Firma SEHR zu empfehlen!!!
Great service, appointment was agreed immediately - we immediately got an appointment. Staff very friendly and clean: We were very glad that the company helped us in our plight. Recommendation by word of mouth! As I said: we did not have to wait - the damage was repaired by the company very quickly !!! Value for money: SUPER !!! From our side the company is VERY recommendable !!!

Endlich mal habe die Wegscheider Firma verständigt, seit dem bin ich immer Zufrieden mit ihrem Kompetent und der Beratung.
Ich werde diese Firma weiter empfehlen so lang man auf die Kosten und Cent nicht berechnet.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin wirklich und ehrlich begeistert! Toller Service! Auch bei Notfällen war am nächsten Morgen hilfreiche Mitarbeiter da, die sauber und schnell gearbeitet haben. Problem kreativ und nachhaltig gelöst und haben sich nicht gescheut ein passendes Teil schnell zu kaufen, damit das Problem nicht so schnell wieder auftritt. Die Mitarbeiter rundum freundlich, bodenständig und fröhlich! Auch die Rechnungslegung und Abwicklung der Formalitäten war mehr als zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und erfreulich günstig.
Mein Fazit nach mehreren unterschiedlichen Einsätzen: Kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!!
I am really and honestly enthusiastic! Great service! Even in emergencies, helpful employees were there the next morning who worked cleanly and quickly. Problem solved creatively and sustainably and did not shy away from buying a suitable part quickly so that the problem does not recur so quickly. The employees are all around friendly, down to earth and happy! The accounting and handling of the formalities were more than courteous, uncomplicated and pleasantly cheap.
My conclusion after several different assignments: I can 100% recommend it !!!

Everything was right from start to finish. Friendly, clean working employees and competent advice regarding the installation of a new gas stove. Can only recommend this company. They do exist: the honest good craftsmen with fair prices. ?
