I have had my thermal baths serviced by ThermoTec for years (and individual parts replaced if necessary) and I am absolutely satisfied - the prices are very humane and the service fast and reliable. Special thanks at this point to Erol G. - I always turned to him directly and really appreciate his work (and that of his colleagues)!

Ich hab schon oft erlebt wie anderen Firmen versucht haben irgendeine Reparatur zu verkaufen, oder das 3-fache für eine Wartung verlangt haben. Die Mitarbeiter der Firma Thermotec waren immer korrekt, sachlich und haben nie eine dringende Reparatur eingeschoben, natürlich wenn notwendig auf Mängel darauf hingewiesen aber ohne den Druck eine sofortige Reparatur. Bisher (mit 20 Jahre Erfahrung meinerseits) die beste Thermen Firma in Wien. Thermen maintenance fair and without surprises. I have often seen other companies try to sell some kind of repair, or ask 3 times as much for maintenance. The employees of Thermotec were always correct, objective and never pushed in an urgent repair, of course if necessary pointed out defects, but without printing an immediate repair. So far (with 20 years of experience on my part) the best thermal bath company in Vienna.

Außerdem lasse ich seit Jahren meine Therme jährlich von der Firma ThermoTec warten und bin sehr zufrieden. Had an acute thermal problem, an employee from ThermoTec was with me within 30 minutes and fixed the problem within an hour, including the procurement of a spare part! ? In addition, I have had my thermal bath serviced by ThermoTec every year for years and I am very satisfied.
