Die Mitarbeiter zeigen sich stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch meine laufenden Anfragen wurden zeitnah und zufriedenstellend bearbeitet.
I have been a customer of Raika Laxenburg for around 2 years. My concerns (bank bills, borrowing, etc.) were dealt with quickly and competently. The employees are always friendly and helpful. My ongoing inquiries were also dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

Von der Beratung bis zur Durchführung werden Anliegen lösungsorientiert, rasch und freundlich erledigt. Wir können die Filiale mit 100%iger Überzeugung empfehlen.
We recently switched to the Laxenburg branch. All of the employees are very courteous and helpful, and unfortunately you don't find that very often anymore. From advice to implementation, concerns are dealt with in a solution-oriented, quick and friendly manner. We can recommend the branch with 100% conviction.

I've had my account with the Raiffeisenbank for years, but I've never had a competent branch and every visit to the bank was an odyssey...I was about to switch.
However, the bank office in Laxenburg convinced me of the service! A friendly, competent and customer-oriented team. Every request is dealt with quickly and safely, great advice!
