Zudem sehr unangenehm lange Wartezeiten. Rückrufe werden nicht eingehalten. Auch bis zu 20‘Tage keine Antwort auf Emails.. Ich bin dort nicht mehr Kunde. 0/5 Sternen… Please keep a huge DISTANCE from this bank branch. A disaster through and through. From the branch manager to the employees. In addition, very uncomfortably long waiting times. Recalls are not respected. No response to emails even for up to 20 days. I am no longer a customer there. 0/5 stars ...
A	Angelika Mitterhuber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein unfassbarer Laden - die Kassa war ab 11: 15 an einem Freitag nicht mehr besetzt - die Dame beim "Empfang" ist offensichtlich mit dieser Funktion überlastet und die anderen Mitarbeiter....na mann braucht sich ja nur die anderen Bewertungen durchlesen. NIEMALS WIEDER bawag ! An unbelievable place - the cash desk was no longer manned from 11:15 on a Friday - the lady at the "reception" is obviously overloaded with this function and the other employees ... well, you just have to read the other reviews. NEVER AGAIN bawag!

Um ein Girokonto zu kündigen und ein Sparbuch aufzulösen muss man um einen Termin anfragen. Der kann mit dem zuständigen Bankbediensteten nicht sofort vereinbart werden. Er würde zurückrufen bzw. uns per Email kontaktieren.... DAS WAR DONNERSTAGS!!!! Ich bin schon gespannt, wann der Herr die Zeit finden wird???. A bank or a bank branch that can easily be deleted from the service directory. In order to terminate a current account and liquidate a savings account, you have to ask for an appointment. This cannot be agreed immediately with the responsible bank employee. He would call back or contact us by email .... THAT WAS THURSDAYS !!!! I'm curious when the Lord will find the time ???.

No way to get phone inquiries answered. I have to go to Mödling to find out if they can rent a free locker. Not good service.

Personal nett, wenn anwesend, Kundendienst wird nicht gross geschrieben. Lange Wartezeiten um einen Mitarbeiter der Bank sprechen zu können. Hoffe, es ändert sich bald was zum Besseren. Überlege schon die Bank zu wechseln, wenn das so bleibt. Getting through to Bawag Mödling by phone is simply not possible, it should be easier to get an audience with the Pope. Staff nice when present, customer service is not capitalized. Long waiting times to speak to a bank employee. Hope something changes for the better soon. Consider changing banks if it stays that way.
P	Peter Schöffel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inzwischen dürfte das gefühlr die einzige BAWAG Filiale sein im Raum Mödling. Alles weg rationalisiert. Habe auch ein Geschäftskonto ber der Bank und derzeit alle paar Monate einen neuen Betreuer. Ich mache mir inzwischen eh alles via Telebanking. Hier muss man viel Zeit mitbringen, wofür man sich beim Ausgang bedankt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man rein kommt lacht einem ein Schild Check In an. Das hat aber offensichtlich ein nicht praxisorientierte Marketingmensch kreiert. Gefühlte 15 Minuten vor mir ein Beratungsgespräch. Unter Check In verstehe ich was anderes. Irre was man mit Kunden heute alles machen kann. In the meantime, the feeling is likely to be the only BAWAG branch in the Mödling area. Everything streamlined away. I also have a business account with the bank and currently have a new supervisor every few months. In the meantime I do everything via telebanking anyway. You have to bring a lot of time with you here, for which you say thank you at the exit. Staff very friendly and helpful. When you come in, a sign “Check In” laughs at you. But that obviously created a not practice-oriented marketing person. Felt like a consultation 15 minutes before me. By check-in I mean something else. It's crazy what you can do with customers today.
A	Angelika Weiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute einen Termin zum Einrichten von Wertpapier Abwicklung in meinem Online-Banking. Die Filiale war zugesperrt ich musste an die Tür hämmern um gehört zu werden. Obwohl ich einen Termin hatte, ich mir extra Zeitausgleich genommen habe wollte mich die Mitarbeiterin nachdem sie mich nicht einmal ordentlich begrüßt hatte wieder ohne vollzogener Beratung loswerden. Ich frage mich was soll das? Gibt es in dieser Bank keine Kundenorientierunsseminare? Also Frau B. Danke, kein Termin mehr mit dieser Person, welche Kunden von oben herab behandelt, oder eigentlich nur abschaselt. Es nahm sich dann eine äußerst liebe Dame Zeit für mich und richtete für meinen Mann auch noch den Zugang im Online Banking ein. So geht's also auch. Bitte vielleicht in der BAWAG überdenken ob man Mitarbeiter welche sich null mit Kunden beschäftigen wollen auf diese loslässt. Had an appointment today to set up securities settlement in my online banking. The branch was locked and I had to pound on the door to be heard. Although I had an appointment, I took extra time to compensate, the employee wanted to get rid of me after she hadn't even welcomed me properly without consulting me. I wonder what is that supposed to mean? Are there no customer orientation seminars in this bank? So Ms. B. Thank you, no more appointments with this person who treats customers from above, or actually just pokes them off. An extremely lovely lady then took time for me and also set up access to online banking for my husband. So that's how it works. Maybe at BAWAG please think about whether you let employees who want to deal with customers zero on them.

There was my name, my telephone number and a correct adress on it. They delivered it to a neighbour which lives on the same street but number 36, and has a completely different name. Fortunately he kept it and gave it to me without a problem, but the post did not even notify me, I mean, what the hell...
