★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann leider diese Bank aus meiner Erfahrung im Kundengeschäft für Firmenkunden nicht empfehlen. Der zuständige Bankbetreuer ist hier nicht an einem langfristigen Geschäft interessiert. Kommunikation sowie Kundenservice lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wenn ich weniger als einen Stern vergeben könnte würde ich nicht mal einen Stern dieser Filiale geben.
Unfortunately, based on my experience in customer business, I cannot recommend this bank for corporate customers. The responsible bank advisor is not interested in long-term business here. Communication and customer service leave a lot to be desired. If I could give less than one star, I wouldn't even give this branch one star.
