Versprochene Rückrufe (konkret bei Ankauf und Besorgung von Devisen) findet nicht statt. Will man telefonisch urgieren kommt man an eine Telefonzentrale, wo natürlich niemand eine Ahnung hat. Irgendwie letztklassig - doch leider die nächste Filiale zu mir. Ich überlege Bankwechsel! Waiting forever, no matter what. Nothing has worked since the service was switched to issue numbers. In dieser Bank gab es einmal kompetentes Personal, jedoch lange ist es her. Für das gebotene Kunden-Service sollte man sich schämen, aber wer macht das heute schon! M	Michael Smrcka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um zur einzigen Kassa oder einem Betreuer vorgelassen zu werden muss man eine Nummer ziehen und im Foyer warten. Die Anzeige der nächsten Nummer ist jedoch im Kassenbereich. Die Anzeige ist eingefroren bevor meine Nummer angezeigt wurde und so wurden mehrere Kunden vor mir zur Kassa gebeten. Auf den Hinweis dieses Missstands wurde ich prepotent und schroff darauf hingewiesen das niemand was für dieses Probleme könne und ich weiter gedulden müsse. Und das nach 20 min. Wartezeit. Beim Schalter habe ich weitere 10 min. auf Bargeld gewartet mit einem Barcheck. Vor der Bank ist nur Kurzparken erlaubt. Diese Filiale ist eine Zumutung. Diese Bank sieht mich nicht wieder. Die Dame am Schalter B2 zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist eine Zumutung für Kunden und nach meiner Meinung geschäftsschädigend! T	Thomas Franz Bernhard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vier Stunden täglich unter der Woche geöffnet, Automaten permanent ausser Betrieb, letzte Woche hat ein Automat meine brandneue Karte einfach direkt eingezogen (allererste Benutzung), das ganze Wochenende kein Service, hunderte Euro schaden wegen Auftragsverzug. Nicht nur diese Filiale, die Bank Austria ist komplett am Sand. Ich vermeide es grundsätzlich mit ihrer Infrastruktur zu tun zu haben weil es JEDES MAL zu Problemen oder irgendwelchen technischen Gebrechen führt. Bank wechseln empfohlen. Im Vorraum befinden sich die Überweisungsautomaten Und Bankomaten. Auch bei diesen oftmals längere Wartezeiten. Dafür aber sehr freundliches Personal. Außerdem gibt es eine Diskretkassa wo man vor allen Blicken geschützt ist. Pretty long waiting times for all sorts of issues. Could also be because only one spot is open to all. Durch die kleine Anzahl an Mitarbeitern ist es nicht leicht, den Überblick zu behalten. Es gab keine Hinweise auf die Reihenfolge, oder wo man hin muss. Zum Glück helfen Stammkunden weiter. Insgesamt deutlich angenehmer als die großen Glaspaläste. Small branch, very friendly staff. Chaotic when busier. But they make a lot of effort to treat customers with respect.
