★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one size fits all policy ruined it for me. Size six is not a size that fits all, I'm a slim tall build and half the clothes didn't even fit me. The policy discriminatory and uninclusive, having small medium and large is shoudnt be too much to ask for in my opinion ?♀️?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often take my daughter to this cute American-style shop and she loves it, that's why I'm giving 3 stars.
But I don't understand how do they still allow the woman at the cash to work there, she's the rudest person I've ever had to talk to.
I understand a bit of Italian and she's always making fun of people.
She should find another job where she doesn't have contact with the public.
The staff is really polite but if you encounter her she's just gonna ruin your experience in the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ literally the cutest store, the clothes are so nice and the material of them are so high quality (thick and soft), i love the whole atmosphere and the music inside is immaculate (good job to whoever made the playlist), staff wasn’t as bad as some of these reviews are saying but the woman at the cashier scared me a bit (though she wasn’t actually rude to me), i’m happy they all speak english since i preffer that but i can understand how frustrated some austrians are (the store is in vienna so workers should all be able to know some german), all in all very nice but i would rather just shop online for more variety
