Äußerst freundliches Personal! I waited a little longer for my appointment, but then I had practically no waiting time for the MRI itself and I got my turn immediately. Extremely friendly staff!
H	HOT SPICES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bereits an der Anmeldung wird man angehalten ein Schriftstück zu unterschreiben mit welchem sie einer Reihe von Ausnahmen zur Datenschutzgrundverordnung zustimmen sollen. Für jemanden, der nicht alles unterschreibt was man ihm vorhält, eine echte Zumutung. Ich möchte fast sagen: SITTENWIDRIG ! Already at the registration you will be asked to sign a document with which you should agree to a number of exceptions to the General Data Protection Regulation. For someone who does not sign everything that is held up to him, a real imposition. I almost want to say: INCREDIBLE!
S	Sonja Herbersein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ÄrztInnen und RöntgenassistentInnen sind hervorragend, 1A! Kompetent, nett, sicher, diskret. Man kommt pünktlich dran und muss nur selten warten. ABER die Damen an der Rezeption sind in letzter Zeit sehr unfreundlich geworden, hören nicht zu und sind gleich ungeduldig. In diesem Bereich besteht absoluter Verbesserungsbedarf. The doctors and X-ray assistants are excellent, 1A! Competent, nice, safe, discreet. You get there on time and rarely have to wait. BUT the ladies at the reception have become very rude lately, don't listen and are impatient. There is an absolute need for improvement in this area.
P	Petar Vockic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Binnen 3 Wochen einen Termin bekommen, kam dann statt um 14:45h um 20min verzögert dran. Das ist aber so wenn jedem Patienten alle Fragen beantwortet werden und alles langsam und deutlich klargemacht wird. Da warte ich gerne paar Minuten länger. Das Parkdeck gleich daneben ist ja auch gratis wenn man ganzboben steht, so kommen auch keine mehrkosten wegen der Wartezeit auf. Von der Rezeption bis zur Verabschiedung alles großartig, höflich und kompetent. Binnen 2,5 Std war der Befund auf meinem Handy. Top! Top! Top! Getting an appointment within 3 weeks was delayed by 20min instead of at 14: 45h. But this is the case when every patient is answered all questions and everything is slowly and clearly made clear. I like to wait a few minutes longer. The parking deck right next to it is also free if you are in full swing, so there are no additional costs due to the waiting time. From reception to farewell everything was great, polite and competent. The result was on my cell phone within 2.5 hours. Top! Top! Top!
