Besser geht's nicht! Visited ordination as a cash patient - extremely friendly reception - detailed, informative conversation as an introduction to the operating room - painless treatment - information for further behavior - feeling of having been treated as a CP like a private patient. It couldn't be better!

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und das Gespräch mit Dr Lippert war verständlich und informativ. Die Untersuchung selber einfühlsam und es ging sehr flott. Danke I had an intestinal examination with Dr Lippert and his team in this ordination and I am very happy to have done it here. The staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous and the conversation with Dr Lippert was understandable and informative. The investigation itself sensitive and it went very quickly. Thank you
R	Reini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war in der Ordination von Herrn Dr. Lippert am 29.05. wegen einer Colo (ich bin 60 Jahre). Mir wurden 120 Euro für die Sedierung verrechnet, wurde jedoch mit großen Schmerzen während des Eingriffes munter. Meine Frau war im Aufwachraum daneben und hörte mein Stöhnen. Als ich dann endlich zu mir kam, hatte ich 5 Veneneinstiche und am nächsten Tag dann dementsprechend riesige blaue Flecken! Auch mit der Scham wird es nicht so genau genommen, nach dem Eingriff wurde mir das Handtuch einfach vom Körper gezogen, mit der Aufforderung, dass ich mich endlich anziehen solle! Bei der Befundbesprechung wollte ich mein Geld zurück, habe aber bis heute weder eine Rückmeldung noch eine Entschuldigung erhalten. Naja so Geld verdienen ist nicht OK. Keinen Stern kann man nicht vergeben, darum muss ich einen vergeben. Ich hoffe diese Rezension hilft anderen. I was in the ordination of Dr. Lippert on May 29th because of a colo (I'm 60 years old). I was charged 120 euros for the sedation, but I woke up with great pain during the procedure. My wife was in the recovery room next to it and heard my moans. When I finally came to, I had 5 vein punctures and correspondingly huge bruises the next day! Shame is also not taken very seriously, after the procedure the towel was simply pulled from my body with the request that I should finally get dressed! At the review of the findings I wanted my money back, but have not received any feedback or apology to this day. Well, making money like that is not OK. You can't give a star, so I have to give you one. I hope this review will help others.

m	madara Uchiha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 ⭐ geht leider nicht❗❗ Eine Frechheit mit den Wartezeiten trotz Termin und Schmerzen 1 stunde 30min gewartet,ordination war komplett voll trotz corona man hat keinen Abstand halten können, die Leute die rein kommen desinfizieren sich nicht trotz Aufforderung, die Mitarbeiter schauen nicht darauf ob sich werd desinfiziert dass bei corona eine absolute Frechheit ist, obwohl sie ja sehr stolz darauf sind das es angeblich keine Wartezeiten gibt wird auf der Internetseite und Prospekt ANGEGEBEN.bei der Anmeldung habe ich gefragt wie lange es dauert neigte sie es kann einen Moment dauernd da fragte ich was das heißt meinte sie 35min was nicht stimmte und 45min ist kein moment ??NIE WIEDER DA HER, hatte einen Termin die Leute die später gekommen sind nach mir sind vor mir dran gekommen das sie anscheinend privat Patienten sind EINE FRECHHEIT ❗❗❗?? 0 ⭐ unfortunately not possible❗❗ A cheek with the waiting times, despite appointment and pain, waited 1 hour 30 minutes, ordination was completely full despite corona, you couldn't keep your distance, the people who come in don't disinfect themselves despite being asked, the employees don't check whether they're being disinfected, that with corona is an absolute cheek, although they are very proud of the fact that there are said to be no waiting times, it is SPECIFIED on the website and in the brochure. When registering, I asked how long it took, she tended it to be a moment, so I asked what that meant she was not right for 35 minutes and 45 minutes is not a moment ?? Meine kleine Tochter hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und Dr. Lippert hat sich viel Zeit genommen um meine Tochter bestens zu behandeln. Echt spitze! Thank you very much Dr. Lippert and team for the great support! My little daughter felt very comfortable and Dr. Lippert took a lot of time to treat my daughter well. Really great!
