★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute mit meinem City bike dort. Wollte die Kette spannen und die Schaltung einstellen lassen. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, und ich konnte mein Rad sofort bringen. Ca. 1 Stunde später konnte ich mein Rad wieder holen. Alles top erledigt und habe gar nicht viel bezahlt.
Im anderen Radgeschäft nebenan,wo ich zuerst gefragt habe, wurde ich auf einen Termin Ende Mai vertröstet, obwohl ich erwähnte, dass die Arbeit eigentlich eine Kleinigkeit von max. 1/4 Stunde ist.
Da ich vorher keines der Geschäfte kannte, kann ich die Radhaus GmbH jetzt auf Grund meiner positiven Erfahrung jedem Radler herzlich empfehlen.
Was there with my city bike today. Wanted to tighten the chain and let the circuit adjust. Staff were very friendly and I was able to bring my bike straight away. Approx. 1 hour later I was able to get my bike back. Everything was done well and didn't pay much.
In the other bike shop next door, where I asked first, I was put off on an appointment at the end of May, although I mentioned that the work was actually a minor matter of max. Is 1/4 hour.
Since I did not know any of the shops before, I can now recommend Radhaus GmbH to every cyclist based on my positive experience.
