M	Melli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ habe mein fahrrad vor 2 jahren dort zur reperatur gebracht, aufgrund blockierender vorder und hinterreifen. Die Bremsen wurden entlüftet, blockieren jedoch noch immer. Mir wurde gesagt dies sei normal u lege sich nach einiger zeit. Dafür wurde mir 30 euro verrechnet..... im Prinzip für nichts. Da es sich auch nach 2 Jahren nicht verbesserte, habe ich es nun von einer Person des vertrauens richten lassen. Die Bremskolben haben blockiert. Ich hätte mir vom bike"PROFI" mehr erwartet. I brought my bike there for repairs 2 years ago, due to blocking front and rear tires. The brakes have been bled but are still locking. I was told this was normal and after a while it would go away. For this I was charged 30 euros ..... in principle for nothing. Since it did not improve even after 2 years, I have now had it fixed by someone I trust. The brake pistons have blocked. I would have expected more from the "PROFI" bike.

Super Service zu moderaten Preisen - kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Very nice man. Fixed my bike in the evening, so I could continue my tour the next day. Great service at moderate prices - I can only recommend!

War auf einer Mehrtagesfahrrad-Tour als sich plötzlich hinter der Kurbel eine Schraube rausgedreht hat. Dafür hatte ich die Kurbel entfernen müssen was auf Tour leider unmöglich war. Also Fahrrad dorthin geschoben. Die beiden Besitzer waren super freundlich und haben spontan mein Fahrrad professionell repariert. Danach lief alles perfekt, sogar ein Fehler in der Kettenführung wurde gleich mitbehoben. Das ganze für 25€, perfekt! Also herzlichen Dank nochmal, ohne euch hätte die Tour wahrscheinlich ein abruptes Ende genommen... Great bike shop. Professional, friendly and at an absolutely fair price. Was on a multi-day bike tour when suddenly a screw turned off behind the crank. For that I had to remove the crank, which was unfortunately impossible on tour. So I pushed my bike there. The two owners were super friendly and spontaneously repaired my bike professionally. After that everything went perfectly, even a bug in the chain guide was fixed at the same time. The whole thing for 25 €, perfect! So thank you very much again, without you the tour would probably have come to an abrupt end ...

C	Claudio Writsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Urlaub ist die Kette am fast neuen Haibike meiner Frau gerissen. Telefonisch einen Termin vereinbart und das Problem geschildert. Einen Termin morgens bei Öffnung 8:30 vereinbart. Er sagte das er sich die Kette anschaut. Wern sie defekt ist wird sie getauscht. Wenn nicht wird sie repariert. Um 11 war das Rad schon wieder fertig. 22,50 Euro für die Reparatur halte ich für einen mehr als fairen Preis. Und dazu noch super Nett. Danke dafür. The chain on my wife's almost new Haibike broke while on vacation. An appointment was made by phone and the problem was described. An appointment was made in the morning at 8:30 am. He said he was looking at the necklace. If it is defective, it will be exchanged. If not, it will be fixed. At 11 the bike was ready again. I think 22.50 euros for the repair is a more than fair price. And super nice too. Thanks for that.
