★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Fahrradladen ist echt schwer in Ordnung. Wir hatten unsere Räder nicht vorbestellt (unbedingt machen) und trotzdem welche bekommen. Konnten dann während unseres Urlaubs das Fahrrad wechseln (City auf Mountain). Ohne Probleme war auch die Rückgabe. Nett, kompetent und lösungsorientiert. TOP !
The bike shop is really tough. We hadn't pre-ordered our bikes (necessarily make them) and still got some. We were then able to change bikes during our vacation (city to mountain). The return was also without any problems. Nice, competent and solution-oriented. TOP !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab mir ein E-Mountainbike ausgeborgt und bin damit aufn Dobratsch gefahren einen Schweinsbraten essen. Es war eigentlich neu mit nur etwa 50 km drauf. Reservierung und Abholung war sehr unkompliziert. Man kann an dem Tag irgendwann vorbeikommen und losstarten. Es wird einem alles genau erklärt. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis bekommt man auch Helm und Schloß. Rückgabe nach 17.00 auch beim Hotel Mosser möglich, welches nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Das ist äußerst praktisch, wenn man doch länger unterwegs sein möchte. Parkplätze fürs Auto gibt es in der Umgebung auch genug.
Borrowed an e-mountain bike and rode it to Dobratsch and eat a roast pork. It was actually new with only about 50 km on it. Reservation and collection was very straightforward. You can come by and start at some point that day. Everything is explained to you in detail. For a small surcharge you can also get a helmet and lock. Return after 5 p.m. is also possible at Hotel Mosser, which is only an 8-minute walk away. This is extremely practical if you want to be on the road for longer. There is also enough parking space for cars in the area.

We came in on a Friday to rent 2 bikes for Saturday morning. After leaving the shop I got a phone call from the nice lady who worked there saying that she totally forgot but they are closed on Saturdays. We were ready to give up on our planned bike trip but she insisted on droping the 2 bikes for us at the hotel we stayed in and picking them back up 2 days later after we are already gone. She did that without asking any payment in advance and She didn't even ask us for ID. The bikes we got were in great condition and well maintained. Thanks for the great service!
