★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade. Für die Angestellten ist Hallo und Auf Wiedersehen ein Fremdwort. Traurig wenn der Kunde die Angestellten als erster grüßt und dennoch ignoriert wird. Macht nix. Es gibt auch noch andere Sportgeschäfte in Villach.
Too bad. For the employees Hello and goodbye is a foreign word. Sorry if the customer greets the employees first and yet is ignored. No problem. There are also other sports shops in Villach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben Eishockey- bzw. Eislaufschuhe für unsere Tochter gesucht, da wir in herkömmlichen Sportgeschäften aufgrund der winzigen Schuhgröße (Gr.24) nicht fündig wurden.
Hier wurden wir schnell nett bedient - Es gab Schuhe in der richtigen Größe und sie konnten getestet werden. Nachdem unsere Tochter aber noch nie eislaufen war, hat uns der Verkäufer geraten, zuerst einmal zu testen, ob es ihr überhaupt gefällt, bevor wir etwas kaufen. Das zeichnet einen guten Verkäufer aus - nicht einfach nur auf Gewinn bedacht, sondern denkt auch an den Kunden.
We were looking for ice hockey or skating shoes for our daughter, because we were in conventional sports shops due to the tiny shoe size (Gr.24) did not find.
Here we were served quickly nice - There were shoes in the right size and they could be tested. However, after our daughter had never skated before, the seller advised us to first test if she liked it before we buy something. This is what distinguishes a good seller - not just for profit, but also thinks of the customer.
