★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einem nicht so tollen Service in einer anderen Werkstatt hat mein Rad elendig gequietscht und die Bremsen waren mäßig gut. Ich hab kurz angerufen, konnte spontan vorbei kommen und innerhalb von 5 Min war das Problem mit meinen Bremsen gelöst und das quietschen weg. Ich hatte leider auch kein Bargeld dabei und kann es beim nächsten Besuch einfach bezahlen. Abgesehen vom wirklich tollen Service ist das die mit Abstand schönste Radwerkstatt die ich je gesehen habe in der man sich richtig wohl fühlt
After a not so great service in another workshop, my bike squealed miserably and the brakes were moderately good. I called briefly, was able to come by spontaneously and within 5 minutes the problem with my brakes was solved and the squeaking went away. Unfortunately, I didn't have any cash with me either and can simply pay for it the next time I visit. Apart from the really great service, this is by far the most beautiful bike workshop I've ever seen in which you feel really comfortable
