S	Susanne Pfeiffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Verkauf top, beim Service flop eigentlich bewundernswert die Mitarbeiter der Firma Fuchs, die können schon vom blosen hinschauen sprich von außen sagen, dass man was kaputt gemacht hat, ohne sich dieses Teil näher anzuschauen naja vielleicht hat der Herr ja Röntgenaugen ... noch dazu hat eine angesehene Radwerkstatt gemeint, das das ein Garantiefall ist und ich solle zum Händler gehen wo ich das Rad gekauft habe ... man kann sich halt immer abputzen, wenn man einfach keine Arbeit haben möchte, so wie mir der Mitarbeiter gesagt hat, wer zahlt ihm leicht die Zeit die er investiert nur um die Rechnung herauszusuchen und den Aufwand wenn er das Rad einschickt na wer zahlt ihm leicht das??? das kostet ja mindestens 60-70 Euro ... obwohl nach Rücksprache der Erzeugerfirma CUBE der Händler verpflichtet gewesen wäre die Reklamation anzunehmen und weiterzuleiten hat sich die Fa. Die Beschädigung am Auto vom Ausladen des Fahrrades wurde mit einem Schulterzucken abgetan. Weniger als einen Stern kann ich leider nicht vergeben. Have had bad experiences with customer service. Guarantee case will not be accepted; "who pays me the effort for it, if it is not a guarantee case". The damage to the car from unloading the bike was dismissed with a shrug. Das ehemalige Autohaus verkaufte mir derart das nunmehr bereits 5. Fahrrad. Der Inhaber und Chef, selbst professioneller Touren- und Rennfahrer, mag dann und wann etwas gestresst wirken, bleibt jedoch auch bei hoher Kundenfrequenz, die sich meist Freitags und Samstags einstellt, stets ruhig, freundlich und sympathisch. Das Wichtigste aber: er und auch seine Mitarbeiter verfügen aber über breites Wissen zu Technik und Markt. Das Geschäft an und für sich bietet bereits eine vergleichsweise große Auswahl lagernder bzw. sofort verfügbarer Bikes, alles andere kann bestellt werden- auch von in Österreich recht exotischen Herstellern wie etwa Kalkhoff. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit individuell konfigurierter Fahrradzusammenstellung (Komponenten), auch verfügt Rad-Fuchs über eine hochkarätige Eigenmarke (Kleinserie) Große Auswahl an E-Bikes aller Arten. Professioneller und meist flinker Fahrradservice. Rundum empfehlenswert! Konnte gleich vorbeikommen und es wurde ohne langer Wartezeit sofort gerichtet. Alles rund ums Rad, kann ich die Firma empfehlen. Top company! Fast service at a good price. J	Jakob Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem Fahrrad Service, funktionierte die automatische Sattelstütze nicht mehr richtig. Brachte das Rad danach wieder hin. Aussage: "Nein, das haben wir nicht gemacht". Mir wurde wieder was für das einstellen der Sattelstütze verrechnet. Und wen wunderts, die Sattelstütze funktioniert immer noch nicht richtig. Schaltung war auch nicht passend eingestellt. Kette sprang teilweise heraus. Fazit: Schlechter Service! After the bike service, the automatic seat post stopped working properly. Then brought the bike back. Statement: "No, we didn't do that". I was charged again for adjusting the seat post. And no wonder, the seat post still doesn't work properly. Circuit wasn't set properly either. Chain partially jumped out. Conclusion: bad service!
