★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Büro hat als Subunternehmen eines GU Polierpläne mit gravierenden Fehlern abgeliefert. Ergebniss: nicht nur Überraschungen sondern richtig fatale Folgen mitten im Bau. Ein CAD-Programm verträgt alles was man so hinzeichnet. Unerfahrenes, junges Personal ohne die notwendige Begleitung und Kontrolle, kein vorausschauendes Planen. Hinweispflichten nicht erfüllt. Man sollte entweder richtig planen oder es lieber lassen. Nebenbei für einen GU die halbe Leistung abzuliefern ist dem Endkunden gegenüber unseriös - auch wenn ein GU als Auftragsgeber dazwischen steht.
As a subcontractor of a general contractor, the office submitted polishing plans with serious errors. Result: not only surprises but really fatal consequences in the middle of construction. A CAD program can handle everything that is drawn. Inexperienced, young staff without the necessary supervision and control, no foresighted planning. Notification requirements not met. One should either plan properly or leave it alone. Incidentally, delivering half the service for a general contractor is dubious to the end customer - even if a general contractor stands in between as the client.
