Freundlich, kompetent und auch noch halbwegs günstig! Was will man mehr? On Friday afternoon urgently needed a new car battery. Quickly bought and quickly installed by the local mechanic between two other appointments! Friendly, competent and also reasonably cheap! What more do you want?

Meiner Ansicht nach war die ganze Überprüfung unprofessionell, obwohl die Mängel des letzten Prüfgutachten behoben wurden, und das Fahrzeug dann ca 24 Monate stand, wurden Mängel angeführt, die überhaupt nicht relevant sind/waren, und so gar nicht zustande gekommen sein können. Es wurde im Rahmen der Restaurierung sogar das gesamte Fahrwerk hinten fachgerecht erneuert. Auch das zählte nicht!! Es gab trotz Abbruch der Überprüfung Kein Gutachten. Einmal und Nie wieder !! Was there for the purpose of §57a review. In my opinion, the whole inspection was unprofessional, although the deficiencies of the last test report were rectified and the vehicle was then standing for about 24 months, deficiencies were listed that are / were not relevant at all and thus could not have come about. As part of the restoration, the entire rear undercarriage was professionally renewed. That didn't count either !! Despite the termination of the review, there was no report. Once and never again !!
G	Gerhard B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War dort um reifen zu kaufen und diese ggf direkt montieren zu lassen, dies hätte keinen stress gehabt da es mein sommersatz ist und somit wäre der auftrag perfekt als lückenfüller gewesen. Da ich google bedienen kann weiß ich wohin preislich die reise geht bei reifen und doch wollte man mir auf biegen und brechen sündhaft teure winterreifen andrehen obwohl ich explizit sagte das es mein sommersatz ist.(trotz 10%die abgezogen wurden waren die reifen noch immer mehr als doppelt so teuer als beim reifenhändler in spratzern.) Als ich dies dann erwähnte wurde der auftrag zur gänze abgelehnt trotz der tatsache das mir telefonisch zugesagt wurde. Personal unfreundlich und nicht kompetent. Geschäft forstingermäßig sortiert. Preislich nahezu auf vertragsniveau. Somit war dies mein erster und auch letzter besuch dort. Was there to buy tires and, if necessary, have them fitted directly, this would not have been stressful because it is my summer replacement and thus the order would have been perfect as a gap filler. Since I can use google, I know where the price of the journey is going with tires and yet they wanted to turn on me sinfully expensive winter tires even though I explicitly said that it is my summer replacement rate (despite 10% that were deducted, the tires were still more as twice as expensive as at the tire dealer in Spratzern.) When I mentioned this, the order was refused in its entirety, despite the fact that I was promised by phone. Staff unfriendly and not competent. Business sorted by forestry. Price almost at the contract level. So this was my first and last visit there.
S	Stefan Jansky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger Weg! Reine Abzocke bei der §57a Überprüfung! Ich habe mein Moped zur Pickerl Überprüfung abgegeben. Es wurden schwere Mängel festgestellt und ein negatives Gutachten erstellt. Kosten dafür 36 Euro. Reparieren war bei Forstinger aber nicht möglich, da sie keinen Teile- Lieferpartner für diese Marke haben. Die Mängel wurden in einer anderen Werkstätte binnen drei Tage behoben. Ein §57a Gutachten war dort aber nicht möglich, da Forstinger bereits die §57a Überprüfung gestartet und auf negativ gestellt hat. Also wieder zurück zu Forstinger, dort waren dann für die 5 Minütige Nachüberprüfung plus Pickerl 26,90 Euro fällig. In Summe also über 60 Euro! Ich wurde bei der Auftragsannahme nicht darüber informiert, dass diese Marke bei Mängeln von Forstinger nicht repariert werden kann. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich niemals dort das Moped zur Begutachtung gelassen. Auf der Homepage steht "alle Marken"! Stimmt nicht, Finger weg, Abzocke! Hands off! Pure rip-off at the §57a review! I have handed in my moped for a sticker check. Serious deficiencies were found and a negative report was issued. It costs 36 euros. Repairs were not possible at Forstinger because they do not have a parts supplier for this brand. The defects were corrected in another workshop within three days. A §57a report was not possible there because Forstinger had already started the §57a review and set it to negative. So back to Forstinger, there were 26.90 euros due for the 5 minute follow-up inspection plus sticker. So in total over 60 euros! When accepting the order, I was not informed that this stamp could not be repaired by Forstinger if there were defects. Had I known, I would never have left the moped there for inspection. The homepage says "all brands"! Not true, hands off, rip off!

H	Hasi Katze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerst wurde ein "Forstinger"-Roller (Generic) gekauft mit dem Versprechen das es Prozente (Preisnachlass) gibt, gab es aber dann bei der Abholung nicht...weil das hat man sich mit nen anderen Mitarbeiter ausgemacht. Nach 100 km lief bei dem neuen Fahrzeug der Sprit aus. Forstinger holte das Fahrzeug nicht, und man mußte mit dem lecken Mofa dort hin. Bei der Garantie gab es die Weisung das man nach 3 Monate oder 1000km hin sollte....Genau nach 3 Monaten sagte der Forstingermitarbeiter das erst 100km gefahren wurde und die Monate keine Rolle spielen würden. Jetzt wo die 1000km erreicht wurden, verwehrt Forstinger Melk die Garantieverlängerung, man hätte ja nach 3 Monate hinfahren müssen. Kurzum, es wird den Leuten alles mögliche vorgegaukelt, nur um sie zu einem Kauf zu bewegen, danach wird man in Stich gelassen! Sehr schlechte Geschäftspolitik, Mitarbeiter die sich nicht ans Wort halten! NIE WIEDER! First a "Forstinger" scooter (generic) was bought with the promise that there would be a percentage (discount), but then it was not available when you picked it up ... because that was agreed with other employees. After 100 km the new vehicle ran out of fuel. Forstinger didn't fetch the vehicle and you had to go there with the leaky moped. With the guarantee there was the instruction that one should go after 3 months or 1000km .... Exactly after 3 months the forester's employee said that only 100km had been driven and the months would not play a role. Now that the 1000km have been reached, Forstinger Melk refuses to extend the warranty, you would have had to go there after 3 months. In short, people are fooled into doing all sorts of things just to get them to buy, and then they are left in the lurch! Very bad business policy, employees who don't keep to their word! NEVER AGAIN!
