Ihr verlangt im Ernst 860€ für eine 49 quadratmeter Wohnung im hässlichen Ottakring noch dazu 10 gehminuten von der Ubahn weg? Ich finde ihr seit kriminell. You pull the worst over the table. You seriously ask 860 € for a 49 square meter apartment in the ugly Ottakring still 10 minutes walk from the underground? I think she's a criminal.

Man kann den Kunden doch mitteilen, ob die Wohnung noch verfügbar ist oder nicht. Außerdem ist die Announce noch online, weswegen ich die Ignoranz nicht nachvollziehen kann. Sehr komisch! Das Geld bekommt wer anderer. Found an apartment at will, sent request and still no response after 2 weeks. You can tell the customer whether the apartment is still available or not. In addition, the announcement is still online, which is why I cannot understand the ignorance. Very funny! Someone else gets the money.

Würde sie nie wieder engagieren, ziehen dir das Geld förmlich aus der Tasche!! Once the property is rented there are only problems. Aufgrund einer Empfehlung eines Freundes, habe ich mich an RAAB & Partner Immobilien gewendet. Die Maklerin hat relativ rasch auf mein Mail geantwortet und mit mir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbart. Das Auftreten der Dame war sehr seriös und sympathisch. Sie hat sich genügend Zeit genommen und mir sowohl die Wohnung als auch das ganze Haus gezeigt und mir alle Fragen beantwortet. Nach Abschluss des Mietvertrages konnte ich mich bei Fragen oder Problemen in der Wohnung immer an sie wenden und wurde super betreut. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Ich kann diese Firma definitiv weiterempfehlen. I have been looking for a suitable apartment in Vienna for a long time without success. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I turned to RAAB & Partner Immobilien. The real estate agent answered my email relatively quickly and arranged a viewing appointment with me. The appearance of the lady was very serious and personable. She took enough time to show me both the apartment and the whole house and answered all my questions. After the lease was signed, I was always able to turn to her if I had any questions or problems with the apartment and she was well looked after. Thank you very much for that! I can definitely recommend this company.

Besichtigte mehrere Wohnungen im neuen TABA Tower in Oberlaa - war sehr beeindruckt von der Qualität und Ausstattung der Tops, absolut den Preis wert! Competent team of employees, helpful and friendly. Visited several apartments in the new TABA Tower in Oberlaa - was very impressed by the quality and equipment of the tops, absolutely worth the price!
