It was one of the most horrible experiences that I have ever had. They treat you like they are superiors and you are inferior. So rude! When I asked about an apartment in a building the girl said I don’t know if it has two rooms or not! And she sent me there wasting 2 hours of my time to see if it has two rooms! I would rather live on the street than going to them again. Not recommended at all!

My two experiences at this place made me give up. I will not give them any cent. All the staff should be trained on how to deal with costumers in a polite way. The second time I went there, I started to speak in my basic German (B1.1), since there were some words that I was not getting, I asked to the young girl that was there if she could speak in English. She ingnored my petition twice and continued talking fast. What is your problem girl? do you hate helping others? she was all the time super rude and when she asked me how much I was earning things changed a bit and she was even surprised. As I said, they only want your money. I asked for a 2-room apartment and she sent me to see a 1-room apartment. She played with my time. I am working in the mornings and had to go there for nothing. I will never rent an apartment from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. They don't answer phone call in their working hours, just like people write here. 2. So I came there wasting time, to hear that the post on Willhaben with a 300€ apartment is a lie. "We have apartments only from 500€" they said. NOT RECOMMENDED.

My worst experience, our facility manager and his wife were so rude and unpleasent. Every day I had to see her in my hallway cleaning early in the morning, making such as noise, but she was listening music with earphones on. Always complaining about sth and it is not even her own building. In washingroom was always such a mess, always one or two maschines aren't working, it ruined my things 3 times and ones it was even locken in the masching becouse of some kind of error. I called and there is noone when you are calling after afternoon. Thanks God that my friend knew the manager from other building and I called him and he walked my through the steps of opening maschine with this kind of error and saving my clothes. After 2 days they called me and she said: you should wait when sth happens. I should wait? 2 days I shoud wait by the maschine. Omg. Like robots with learned lines. That was also problem with stuff in office. One guy was cool Daniel but he doesnt work there anymore I think. And young blone was the worst, she was so unpleasant, and they always take right to answer rude. In the end you are employee, you should pretened to be pleasant. Milion papers for me and next to me lived guy who was frequently asked by the police. They were looking for him several times, even knocked on my doors twice. It is pretty scary. Also it is not so safe, once came Cobra searching for some guy who shooted on other guy in the building. Apartment had some old huge furniture and I must not change it. It was dirty, one couch was so dirty and I had to cover it with sth to sit. Floor was like in mid century. In kitchen you can only cook on the stove in 2 little pots or 1 big. You dont have over there or anything else. Downstaris is kitchen but it was always locked. In some buildings I heared that manager gives you the key to cook and bake but here no. Garden also was used by only 1 apartment and that person could park where the sighn "no park" is. Strange. But when you move out the manager came with UV light and turned the light off and searched whole apartment. That was like too much. He was obviously playing detective or sth. I had to clean it again or I will pay 300€ min for them to clean. But Uv shows also trails of cleaning suplies and soap. Now I cleaned with alcohol only to clean the cleaning product. And in winter you coudnt turn on the heat before 9. Only after 9 it turnes on. But when someone need to get up early he freezes and we payed for that. I pray for the day I moved out. It consumed all of my nerves!

I lived at Obermüllnerstrasse for 1.5 years and I had no problems at all. The building was very clean and the neighbors were nice. Whenever I had questions or need of help the landlord, Berislav Klaric, was super helpful and reacted immediately to my requests. I strongly recommend!

One star is even too much. I have never experienced such a unfriendly and bad service from any company before. If you can, avoid this company at any costs... To answer to owner : what about choosing workers who can actually speak English ? In such an internal city like Vienna, many foreigners living here and many of them your customers. But still your employees dont speak English and even writing response to my comment in German ?! Incredible...
