★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no vuelvo a coger un apartamento gestionado por INTERHOME. No avisan que tanto la recogida de llaves como la entrega al salir no es cerca del apartamento sino a más de media hora o sino un servicio extra que hay que pagar 25€ y no se pueden dejar las llaves en el apartamento.
Además hay que dar una fianza de 200€.
Cuando les dices que eso no está en las condiciones que has reservado ya no puedes cancelar sin penalización.
Booking ha colaborando adecuadamente pero tienen poco margen de actuación.
cuando he enviado esta misma opinion a INTERHOME, me contestan que no la pueden publicar porque no coincide con la política de interhome en cuanto a comentario de los clientes, literal. Conclusión, NO PUBLICAN LAS OPINIONES NEGATIVAS.
UNA ESTAFA.
I do not go back to take an apartment managed by INTERHOME. Not notified that both key collection and delivery to out is not near the apartment but more than half an hour or an extra service but you pay 25 € and can not leave the keys in the apartment.
We also have to give a deposit of 200 €.
When you tell them that's not the conditions that have booked and can not cancel without penalty.
Booking has collaborated adequately but they have little room for action.
when I sent this opinion to INTERHOME, I can not answer that post because it does not match interhome policy regarding customer comment literally. Conclusion, DO NOT PUBLISH THE NEGATIVE OPINIONS.
