I would not reserve through this platform. It is often canceled for no reason shortly before the appointment. Better call the restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Reservierung über Quandoo hat super funktioniert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Tisch.Das Concordia Schlössl ist einfach ein Traum. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen sehr gut.
The reservation through Quandoo worked great. We had a very nice table, the Concordia Schlössl is just a dream. The staff was very nice and the food was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 30.09. wurde über Quandoo ein Tisch für das Hard Rock Cafe am 05.12.2019 16:45 8 Personen reserviert! Ca. 6 Stunden vor dem Termin wurde unser Tisch für die Weihnachtsfeier einfach storniert! Wir sind maßlos enttäuscht. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hard Rock Wien wurde die Reservierung von Quandoo an das Hard Rock NICHT weitergeleitet! Wir hätten sehr gerne eine Stellungsnahme von Quandoo über diesen Vorfall!
On 30.09. Quandoo has a table for the Hard Rock Cafe on 05.12.2019 16:45 8 people reserved! Approximately 6 hours before the appointment our table for the Christmas party was simply canceled! We are immensely disappointed. After consultation with the Hard Rock Vienna, the reservation from Quandoo to the Hard Rock was NOT forwarded! We would very much like to have a statement from Quandoo about this incident!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man bekommt keine Punkte gutgeschrieben, obwohl man sogar den Restaurantbesuch über diese app bestätigt hat. Bezweifle sehr das hier auch nur irgendetwas ausbezahlt wird. Habe per Mail über diesen Umstand hingewiesen...Account gelöscht. Sagt alles.
No points are credited even though you have even confirmed your visit to the restaurant via this app. I very much doubt that anything is paid out here. I informed about this by email ... Account deleted. Says it all.
