S	Simba S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, after paying as high as 96 euros for the translation of a single page document with less than 200 words, with the promise of getting this delivered on the 6th of September, I told the account staff that i need this document before the 29 of August which they agreed to send a scanned copy to me on that day with the certified copy being sent through the mail on the 6th This was not a suggested option from my side but from the side of the ALPHATRAD. 29th came and passed and i didn't get an email to tell me why there was a delay, my meeting was the next morning Thursday, i spent the whole night trying to reach there offices by email and phone and no reply, same thing in the morning still no reply. I have now been made to pay premium price for translations service which i did not received and my request for a refund has been met with a very rude and unprofessional response , i even threatened to take this case to the police and still not even an effort of understanding or some support from the staffs *This place is so bad, the moment you make a payment just no that there services are never guaranteed, terrible service and i am in the process of submitting a police complaint and also reporting them to the right authorities as this is the biggest ONLINE SCAM out there, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK and I ADICE YOU NOT TOO EITHER
