★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there yesterday... total disappointment and disaster... Ordered balayage and got as a result pinkish not accurately done coloring. When I saw myself in the mirror - i was ready to cry! They realized that it is awful and suggested to fix it with washing out the color and using toner (result was better but of course just better to be able to go outside, no single sign of balayage and hair is unrecoverably damaged). In the end - the whole visit took 5 and a half hours, cost was about 200 euro, hair is damaged, result is temporary and disappointing, head is hearting. I will never go there again.
