Wenn man telefonisch endlich mal jemanden erreicht, wir man vertröstet oder es wird ein Rückruf versprochen. Dieser erfolgt NIE! Also lieber Finger weg von der Firma! Reine Abzocke! Attention rip off! The ordered goods are not delivered. You don't get any replies to messages either. When you finally reach someone by phone, you are put off or a callback is promised. This NEVER happens! So keep your hands off the company! Pure rip-off!

War echt Klasse trotz Verkaufsverbot in Deutschland ein Feuerwerk zu haben. Super Service gerne wirder. ???? I ordered in the online shop shortly before Christmas, paid via PayPal and the goods were already delivered to Germany on Christmas Day. It was really great to have fireworks despite the sales ban in Germany. Great service with pleasure. ????

Die Batterien waren eine Überraschung für meinen Mann und was soll ich sagen- sie waren einfach Klasse!!! Gerne wieder! We ordered two small batteries and got one large and two small batteries and the volcanoes for my daughter at a special price - many thanks for that! The batteries were a surprise for my husband and what can I say - they were just great! Gladly again!

Der Hammer an dieser Bestellung: Der Geschäftsführer dieses Unternehmens bewertet mein Unternehmen (wir waren ja nur Kunde!) schlecht auf Google. Da fragt man sich schon.... The goods never reached us. After weeks of uncertainty, a cancellation came. The hammer of this order: The managing director of this company rates my company (we were only a customer!) poorly on Google. Then one wonders....

Als dann bis 28 Dezember nichts von der Ware angekommen ist habe ich jeden Tag angerufen am 28,29,30 Dezember hat auch immer jemand abgenommen und war auch immer freundlich. Am 30.Dezember um 21.40 war die Lieferung da. SUPER. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an den Fahrer der zu dem Zeitpunkt schon einiges hinter sich hatte. Werde hier auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen. Kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das die Bestellung in meinem Konto nicht aktualisiert wurde und bis zum Schluss auf Wird bearbeitet stand. Trotzdem 5 Sterne I ordered at short notice with delivery to Germany on December 14, 2021 and paid via PayPal. When none of the goods had arrived by December 28th, I called every day on December 28th, 29th, 30th, and someone always answered the phone and was always friendly. The delivery arrived on December 30th at 9:40 pm. GREAT. Many thanks again to the driver who had a lot behind him at the time. Will definitely be ordering here again. Small point of criticism is that the order in my account was not updated and was processed until the end. Still 5 stars

Passierte jedoch nicht. Problem auf Corona Situation geschoben. Auf eine kleine versprochene "Entschuldigung" warten wir immer noch. Also alles in allem nicht vertrauenswürdig Erzählen viel, wenn der Tag lang ist. Goods unfortunately never arrived in Germany. Even after repeated phone calls because of the long waiting time, they were assured that the items would still be shipped. However, it didn't happen. Problem pushed to Corona situation. We're still waiting for a little promised "sorry". So all in all untrustworthy Talk a lot when the day is long.
