★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eiche Parkettboden gekauft und verlegt! Super gelungen - Wohnzimmer sieht aus wie neu! Das empfohlene Reinigungsprodukt mit Abstand das beste, dass ich bis jetzt benutzt habe. Firma ist wirklich zu empfehlen, bin begeistert!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern kurz vor 18:00 Uhr dort um meine beiden übergroßen DPD Pakete abzuholen. Nachdem mich die DPD so enttäuscht hatte (Der Fahrer wollte die beiden übergroßen Pakete nicht zur Haustür rauf bringen, sondern dass ich diese vor der Haustür des Mietshauses selbst abhole und bis ich die 4 Stockwerke unten war, war er schon weg. Beschwerde brachte nichts, da wurde man nur niedergemacht als Kunde - man ist ja selbst schuld) war ich echt genervt und verzweifelt, musste mir ein Auto für die Abholung ausleihen und musste bangen, ob sie überhaupt reinpassen. Also rief ich um kurz nach halb 6 abends dort an um verzweifelt zu fragen, wie groß denn die Pakete seien und der nette Mann am Telefon hat mir extra alles abgemessen und gemeint, dass wir das schon schaffen. Ich hab sie also abgeholt und der junge Mann im Shop war freundlich und hat mir geholfen alles ins Auto zu bekommen. Das kleinere Paket hatte ich nicht mehr platz, musste es also vor dem Auto auspacken und dann kam er nochmal um zu fragen, ob alles gepasst hat und hat mir sogar noch den Karton abgenommen und entsorgt. Nach dem beschissenen Zwischenfall mit der DPD hat mir das wirklich den Tag gerettet! Ich möcht echt nochmal danke sagen!
I was there yesterday shortly before 6:00 p.m. to pick up my two oversized DPD packages. After the DPD had disappointed me so much (the driver did not want to bring the two oversized parcels up to the front door, but rather that I would pick them up at the front door of the apartment building myself and by the 4 floors below, he was gone. you were only put down as a customer - it's your own fault) I was really annoyed and desperate, had to borrow a car to pick it up and had to worry about whether it would fit in at all. So I called shortly after half past six in the evening to ask desperately how big the packages were and the nice man on the phone measured everything extra and meant that we could do it. So I picked them up and the young man in the shop was friendly and helped me get everything in the car. I no longer had space for the smaller package, so I had to unpack it in front of the car and then he came back to ask if everything was fine and even took the box away and disposed of it. After the crappy incident with the DPD that really saved my day! I really want to say thank you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Paketshop befindet sich auch in der Firma Wenisch Holz. Wollte ein Paket abholen und hab dann gleich eine wunderbare Beratung betreffend der Reinigung meines etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Holzboden genossen. Hab ein Mittel dort gekauft und konnte damit meinen Boden erfolgreich wieder in Schuss bringen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Beratung!!
The parcel shop is also located in the Wenisch Holz company. Wanted to pick up a package and then immediately enjoyed a wonderful advice regarding the cleaning of my somewhat aged wooden floor. I bought a remedy there and was able to successfully bring my land back into shape. Thank you for the great advice !!

I had the floor (vinyl) made in my shop a year ago! I still have a lot of fun with it, it is indestructible (a lot of customer frequency) and super easy to clean. I am very satisfied, thanks for the great advice and uncomplicated fast execution. Thanks to the team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben Parkett der Marke Bauwerk, sowie Sockelleisten, Kleber und andere “Kleinteile“ über Wenisch Holz aus Deutschland bestellt. Sowohl der erstmalige telefonische, als auch der weitere Email Kontakt lief über Herrn Hirmann. Einen so freundlichen, professionellen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter habe ich selten erlebt. Ich hatte unzählige Fragen und den Auftrag gefühlt 100x angepasst. Herr Hirmann blieb steht’s freundlich, hat den Auftrag ergänzt und tolle Ideen eingebracht, auf die wir gar nicht erst gekommen sind. Die Beratung war sehr professionell und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lieferung ist, trotz Corona und des Lookdowns in Österreich, am Wunschtag eingetroffen und wir sind super zufrieden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort bestellen.
We have ordered parquet from Bauwerk, as well as skirting boards, glue and other "small parts" from Wenisch Holz from Germany. Both the first telephone and the further email contact went through Mr. Hirmann. I have seldom seen such a friendly, professional and helpful employee. I had countless questions and it felt like I adjusted the order 100 times. Mr. Hirmann remained friendly, added the order and brought in great ideas that we didn't even think of. The advice was very professional and we felt we were in very good hands. Despite Corona and the lookdown in Austria, the delivery arrived on the desired day and we are super satisfied. We would order there again anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe ja wenn zu Stoßzeiten oder bei einer hohen Kundenfrequenz keine DPD Pakete ausgegeben werden können, aber wenn ich in einem leeren Geschäft(welches ja "freiwillig" ein Standort für den Pick Up Service der Firma DPD ist) freundlich frage, ob ich denn mein Paket kulanterweise ausgehändigt bekomme und dann auf die Abholzeiten verwiesen werde fehlt es mir leider an jeglichen Verständnis.
I understand if no DPD parcels can be handed out at peak times or with a high customer frequency, but if I kindly ask in an empty shop (which is "voluntarily" a location for the DPD pick-up service) whether I want mine Unfortunately, I have no understanding whatsoever when I receive the package in an accommodating manner and then refer to the pick-up times.

Es ist ein schlechter Witz, wenn man in einem Geschäft, in dem höchstens alle halben Stunde mal ein Kunde vorbeikommt, Dpd Pakete erst nach 13 Uhr abholen kann!
Wenn das deren Auffassung von Kundenservice ist, dann gute Nacht!
I can only agree with Green Stranger's report!
It's a bad joke if you can't pick up DPD parcels until after 1 p.m. in a shop where a customer comes by at most every half hour!
If that's their take on customer service, then good night!
