Die Spedition hat sich einige Tage vorher telefonisch gemeldet, um einen passenden Liefertermin abzustimmen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Kundendienst verlief ebenfalls schnell & reibungslos. Ein wenig müsste noch an der Produktauswahl gefeilt werden, aber im Großen und Ganzen kann ich den Laden absolut empfehlen. Weiter so :-) Everything perfect. Delivery to Germany took just under two weeks and worked without any problems. The shipping company contacted us by phone a few days in advance to coordinate a suitable delivery date. Communication with customer service was also quick and smooth. The product selection still needs to be tweaked a bit, but all in all I can absolutely recommend the store. Keep it up :-)

Vorkasse kann ich nach meinen Erfahrungen nicht empfehlen, denn nachdem ich mein Konto für die Erstattung mitgeteilt hatte, hat es noch 20 Tage bis zur Gutschrift gedauert. In den ersten 18 Tagen hörte ich gar nichts, obwohl ich zweimal eine Frist zur Erstattung setzte. Erst nachdem ich hier eine negative Bewertung schrieb, kam Bewegung in die Sache. Von Einsicht merkte ich dabei wenig, stattdessen wurde wegen der negativen Bewertung ein Anwalt eingeschaltet, nachdem ich 20 Minuten lang nicht auf eine E-Mail reagiert hatte. Ein gutes Kundenerlebnis sieht für mich definitiv anders aus. Unfortunately, the ordered goods did not reach me. In my experience, I cannot recommend payment in advance, because after I had informed my account for the refund, it still took 20 days for the credit to be credited. I didn't hear anything for the first 18 days, even though I set a deadline for reimbursement twice. It was only after I wrote a negative review here that things started to move. I didn't notice much insight, instead a lawyer was called in because of the negative rating after I hadn't responded to an email for 20 minutes. A good customer experience definitely looks different to me.
