Es war pump voll, man konnte sich nicht einmal normal fortbewegen, man musste sich nach jedem Meter entschuldigen. Die Chefin war auch vor Ort, eine blonde mollige Frau. Als wir Sie gefragt haben, dass die Hälfte vom Kostüm fehlt, war die Antwort darauf: ,,Sie weiß es nicht vielleicht ist es verloren gegangen!'' Weder hat sie uns eine Lösung angeboten, noch uns geholfen. NIE WIEDER! We were there today because my wife chose a carnival costume. It was pump full, you couldn't even move normally, you had to apologize after every meter. The boss was also there, a blonde chubby woman. When we asked you that half of the costume was missing, the answer was: "You don't know, maybe it was lost!" She neither offered us a solution nor helped us. NEVER AGAIN!

Ich habe am 27.02.2019 zwei Köstume online auf der Website bestellt, hat auch tadellos funktioniert. Natürlich wurde auch sehr zeitnahe der Rechnungsbetrag brav von meinem Bankkonto per PayPal abgebucht. JEDOCH HABE ICH BIS HEUTE KEINE LIEFERUNG ODER RÜCKMELDUNG ERHALTEN.!!! Auf meine E-Mail wurde auch bis heute nicht geantwortet oder reagiert. Eine absolute Frechheit und Abzocke!! Hätte die knapp 45€ auch einfach verbrennen können und mehr davon gehabt.. I	Iris Faßbender on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute haben wir eine sehr gute neue Erfahrung zum Karneval gemacht. Wir stammen aus einer der Hochburgen des rheinischen Karnevals in Deutschland. Zur Zeit verbringen wir den Winterurlaub in Österreich und haben wegen schlechten Wetters diesen kultigen Faschingsladen in Innsbruck besucht. Wir fühlten uns hervorragend beraten und wurden auch fündig. Es war eine wirklich witzige und nette Begegnung mit außerdem gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Today we had a very good new experience at the carnival. We come from one of the strongholds of the Rhenish carnival in Germany. We are currently spending the winter holiday in Austria and have visited this iconic carnival shop in Innsbruck due to bad weather. We felt very well advised and found what we were looking for. It was a really funny and nice encounter with a good price-performance ratio.
H	Hannes Lair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe 25 Minuten vor dem Geschäft gewartet, weil es nicht offen war, obwohl um 15:00uhr es normalerweise offen haben sollte, werde dieses Geschäft mit Sicherheit nicht mehr Besuchen, extremst unsympathischer und zorniger Verkäufer. Sehr schade eigentlich für dieses Geschäft, wenn der eigene Chef mit seinen Kunden so rumspringt und unsympathisch und zornig ist mit seinen Kunden. Sowas ist sehr traurig für so ein altes Geschäft, und das beste kommt wohl immer zum Schluss, er hat nicht einmal einen Bankomaten, da wo in solch einer Zeit ganz viele Geschäfte einen Bankomaten haben. Find ich sehr schwach und veraltet. ??????????????????
