Really nice decoration on the incide, very cozy and warm atmosphere, the stuff was super friendly and welcoming (which is something rare for the restaurants and the cafés in Vienna, in the majority of other places we visited every waiter was always in a hurry and almost demanded to order or to pay him in a stressful way. On the other hand, Purnstner was the place that we found great service). And now let's talk about the food.... Everything was really tasty and huge. We ordered the Spareribs which is a must try, the schnitzel, a very nice traditional meat soup and the austrian bread. Will be definitely coming here again.

Very helpful and friendly staff welcomes any nationalities. But you’ll see a great number of locals dining there too. Food is delicious and made to order. Definitely worth visit while in town.

I ordered cordon bleu and it was bigger than my face that I thought I would be so sick of eat it all but I finished it all satisfactorily. Service was pretty good and I can see the smile from all the waiters (through their mask). Good place to go alone or in group.
