Der Makler war zuverlässig und konnte alle meine Fragen beantworten, sodass ich dann meine Immobilie über ihn bzw. Otto-Immobilien verkaufen hab lassen. Alles lief problemlos ab und ich bin insgesamt sehr happy mit dem Ablauf - klare Empfehlung!! I looked at several real estate service providers in advance for my apartment sale and then contacted Otto Immobilien through a recommendation from my work colleague. The broker was reliable and was able to answer all of my questions, so that I then had my property sold through him or Otto Immobilien. Everything went smoothly and overall I am very happy with the process - clear recommendation!

Alle bisherigen Hausverwaltungen haben immer Tage/ Wochen auf sich warten lassen bis eine E-mail beantwortet wurde respektiv ein Termin für eine Reparatur oder sonstiges vereinbart wurde. Bei Otto Immobilien bekomme ich innerhalb einer Stunde oder meist weniger schon eine zufriedenstellende Antwort. Ohne großes Rumdiskutieren sind sie hilfsbereit und kompetent. Ich bin vollstens zufrieden, weiter so! My 3rd property manager since I lived in Vienna and I am more and more convinced. All previous property managers have always had to wait days / weeks until an e-mail has been answered or an appointment for a repair or something else has been agreed. At Otto Immobilien, I get a satisfactory answer within an hour or usually less. Without much discussion, they are helpful and competent. I am completely satisfied, keep it up!

h	helmut wimmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely bad service managing our house of private flats in 19 district. upon we revealed irregularities with yearly balance and noticed spendings for topics that have never been agreed with owners dr. otto at the time admitted issues in his property management team beyond the law and took action on his staff then. the promise of dr. otto to take the case up in person and to reimburse the owners for shortfalls thru the failed service did never get followed up instead he and his lawyer wasted 3 years on 2 court cases. result is unhappy (former) clients and money spent on lawyer and court cases instead of a compensation / settlement with owners. i can only recommend to stay away from such business owners especially as dr. otto seems to have a good network with like minded business owners which get regularly involved and waste owners money. thru dr. otto high media presence he tries to create himself a kind of diplomat status in vienna. after what i have seen this company is more of the bad than average consumer think.
