Und nicht mit schnöden ausreden kommen weil man nicht mag. Unfreundlich und wenig hilfreich. If you write emergency service on your cap, you should at least be able to offer it on public holidays. And don't come up with stupid excuses because you don't like. Rude and unhelpful.

Die Techniker sind kompetent und die Monteure sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit, egal um welche Kleinigkeit es geht. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! In my experience, the Pucher company reacts very quickly, even when it comes to making appointments. J	Joga Meister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen termin gehabt und nach 1,5 stunden warten hab ich nachdem ich angerufen habe das der monteur nicht mehr kommt. die freundliche dame am tel. meinte es ist eh nur ein heizkörper der nicht geht.(badezimmer) und ich kann morgen vormittag einen neuen termin haben. ist natürlich sehr einfach wenn man berufstätig ist. I had an appointment and after 1.5 hours I have to wait after I called that the fitter no longer comes. the friendly lady on tel. meant it is anyway only a radiator which does not work (bathroom) and I can have a new appointment tomorrow morning. Of course it is very easy when you are working.

Tolle Firma, immer wieder I requested an emergency service repair, responded immediately to the emergency service number and sent an installer who really knew his stuff. Great company, always
R	Rudolf D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurde bei uns vof ei iget Zeit eine KWL installiert, die technisch zwar funktioniert, aber nicht wie vorgesehen genutzt werden kann, da sie falsch dimensioniert wurde, weil auf unsere - mehrmals geäußerten - Wünsche nicht eingegangen wurde. Das Verhalten und das Service des Juniorchefs (Herr R.) war - freundlich gesagt - mangelhaft und unprofessionell. Kompetent und umgänglich ist hingegen Herr Gorsche, er muß aber im Zweifelsfall das tun, was sein Chef ihm vorgibt. Die Firma war in unserem Bauprojekt mit mehr als 10 Gewerken mit Abstand jene die am meisten enttäuscht hat, also aus unserer Sicht nicht empfehlenswert A KWL was installed in our house some time ago, which technically works, but cannot be used as intended because it was incorrectly dimensioned because our wishes - which we had expressed several times - were not taken into account.
