★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 mal Kunde gewesen aber sicher nie wieder!!! Workflow der Firma: Monteur und Helfer (130EUR / Std.) kommen, machen die Arbeit ordentlich (Qualitaet OK) aber NUR teilweise, weil sie IMMER was entweder vergessen, nicht dabei oder sogar falsche Ersatzteile haben. Dann geht es los mit der Fahrt, cca 45min, also 100 EUR, die KFZ Pauschale wird "geschenkt" (25EUR) aber die volle "Arbeitszeit" wird fakturiert. Nacdem die Arbeit fertig ist, der Arbeitsbericht wird vom 10min zu Fuss entfernten Auto geholt (10 min) und geschrieben (5 min), also noch cca 15 min 30EUR. 1.25 Std werden als 1.5 geschrieben, also noch 30EUR usw.... NIE WIEDER!
2 times been customer but surely never again !!! Workflow Company: fitter and helpers (. 130EUR / hour) come, but do the job properly (Quality OK) ONLY partly because they ALWAYS what either forgotten, not have it or even wrong spare parts. Then it starts with the ride, cca 45min, that is 100 EUR, the car allowance will be "paid" (25EUR) but the full "working" is invoiced. Nacdem the work is finished, the work report is fetched from 10min walk away car (10 minutes) and written (5 min), so even cca 15 min 30EUR. 25.01 hrs be written as 1.5, so even 30EUR etc .... NEVER AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Vormittag angerufen und kurz nach 13 Uhr waren die Handwerker schon da! Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Leck war schnell gefunden und rasch repariert. Besonders bemerkenswert: alles wurde sauber gemacht und der Müll mitgenommen .Absolut empfehlenswert!
Called in the morning and shortly after 1 p.m. the craftsmen were already there! All employees were very friendly and tried hard. The leak was quickly found and quickly repaired. Particularly noteworthy: everything was cleaned and the rubbish taken away. Absolutely recommendable!
