★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit den MitarbeiterInnen und den erbrachten Leistungen höchst zufrieden. Mir wurde ausgesprochen schnell geholfen, sowohl die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon als auch die Handwerker vor Ort waren kompetent und freundlich. Ich werde die Firma weiterempfehlen :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund der Dringlichkeit sind nach meinem Anruf sofort zwei Monteure gekommen und haben nachstehende Schäden festgestellt: es handelt sich um eine alte Heizungsanlage im Keller, bei der mehrere Rohrbrüche festgestellt wurden und auch andere Röhre im Wohnbereich ausgetauscht wurden. Der Monteur, sowie der Helfer waren ausgesprochen gute Fachkräfte, welche sehr freundlich und professionell arbeiteten. Kann der Firma Schimautz nur das beste Zeugnis ausstellen - und das schon Jahrzehnte lang!

Due to the urgency, two fitters came immediately after my call and found the following damage: It is an old heating system in the basement, in which several broken pipes were found and other pipes in the living area were also replaced. The fitter and the helper were extremely good specialists who worked very friendly and professional. Can only give the Schimautz company the best certificate - and has been for decades!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hervorragende Betreuung durch das gesamte Team der Firma Schimautz, beginnt bei den Damen im Büro, die sehr freundlich und kompetent sind und zieht sich bis zum Monteur weiter, der kompetent und schnell arbeitet, die Wohnung nur mit Überschuhen betritt und nach der Reparatur alles sauber hinterlässt. In meinen Fall ein großes Danke an Herrn Haris! Werde mich sicher bei allen weiteren Reparaturen an die Firma Schimautz wenden.
Excellent support from the entire Schimautz team, starts with the ladies in the office, who are very friendly and competent, and continues through to the fitter, who works competently and quickly, only enters the apartment with overshoes and leaves everything clean after the repair . Mitarbeiter sehr inkompetent und bestehen nur aus Zuwanderer.
Diese Firma tunlichst vermeiden.
Sucht bessere Betriebe in Graz, fallt nicht auf die rein.
Office very unfriendly.
Staff very incompetent and made up entirely of immigrants.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Look for better companies in Graz, don't fall for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renovierung des Badezimmers: Am 27.10.2021 wurde mit den Arbeiten begonnen. Heute, 8. Dezember, gibt es immer noch keine Toilette, Duschkabine, Boiler usw. Sie kommen einfach tagelang nicht!
Heute erschien der junge Vorarbeiter der Firma Schimautz, der vor 7 Tagen die Geschäftsführung übernommen hat. Er entschuldigte sich dafür, dass er so lange warten musste, um die Arbeiten abzuschließen. Heute, am 10. Dezember, werden Toilette, Boiler und Heizkörper installiert. Ich stelle fest, dass wir Mieter sind, also nicht wir, sondern der Hauptmieter einen Vertrag mit der Firma zur Renovierung des Badezimmers hat. Ich muss auch sagen, dass alle Arbeiter in der Firma sehr nett und fleißig sind – sie haben sie zur Geschäftsleitung geschickt, um zu arbeiten. Das Problem lag, wie sich herausstellte, in der Organisation: Die Arbeiter wurden nicht vom Chef hierher geschickt – weil es ein Chefwechsel war – diese Erklärung bekam ich. Ich wünsche den jungen Vorarbeiter
, dass sie die Arbeit erfolgreich organisieren und dann zufriedene Kunden haben!
Renovation of the bathroom: Work started on October 27, 2021. Today, December 8th, there is still no toilet, shower cubicle, boiler, etc. They just don't come for days!
Today the young foreman of the Schimautz company appeared, who took over the management 7 days ago. He apologized for waiting so long to complete the work. Today, December 10th, the toilet, boiler and radiator will be installed. I notice that we are tenants, so not we, but the main tenant has a contract with the company to renovate the bathroom. I also have to say that all the workers in the company are very nice and hardworking - they sent them to management to work. The problem, as it turned out, lay in the organization: the workers weren't sent here by the boss - because it was a change of boss - I got that explanation. I wish the young foreman
that they organize the work successfully and then have satisfied customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten am Abend einen undichten Heizkörper. Die Fa. Schimautz schickte umgehend "Harry" der das Leck innerhalb von nur ein paar Minuten reparieren konnte und somit einen größeren Schaden verhinderte. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden die Fa. Schimautz bestimmt weiterempfehlen und wieder kontaktieren!
We had a leaking radiator in the evening. The Schimautz company immediately sent "Harry" who was able to repair the leak within just a few minutes and thus prevented major damage. We are very satisfied and will certainly recommend the company Schimautz and contact them again!
