★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie mehr wieder. Es hat insgesamt gute 11 Stunden gedauert einen Flachboiler zu montieren, dabei haben die sehr netten Installateure mir den Parkett zerkratzt und die Wand beschädigt. Dafür war die Rechnung dann auch fast um 30% höher als vereinbart. Und obwohl die Versicherung den Schaden anerkannt hat, weigert sich der Makler der Fa. Hergouth diesen auszuzahlen. Derselbe Boiler wurde mir vor 12 Jahren von einem anderen Unternehmen binnen knapp 2 Stunden ausgetauscht ohne irgendwelche Komplikationen.
Never again. It took a total of 11 hours to install a flat water heater, and the very nice installers scratched my parquet and damaged the wall. The bill was then almost 30% higher than agreed. And although the insurance company has recognized the damage, the Hergouth company's broker refuses to pay it out. The same boiler was replaced by another company 12 years ago in less than 2 hours without any complications.
