We celebrated our birthday there in the summer. The location was perfect. The children could let off steam in the playground and then cool off in the water. We had chosen a burger or vegetable roast for dinner, both of which were delicious. The tables could also be decorated as desired. ?

Das Ambiente ist der Lage entsprechend sehr schön und ruhig. Die Cevapcici waren gut und preislich angemessen. Personal ist freundlich.
The ambience is very nice and quiet according to the location. The cevapcici were good and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly.

Insider location for enjoying a hot summer day at Vienna's waterfront Alte Donau. Great infrastructure including sports courts. Restaurant with decent food. Great cocktails by one of the best barkeepers in Vienna.

Staff really rude. Been asked to remove a bottle a water from my table that I was carrying as it was 30 degrees outside. As a custumer, I could understand in 5 dishes restaurant with toxedo, but it's a beach bar with people without shirts eating hotdogs beside(no fency place)... come on. Plus it was 2pm and bar was almost empty.. you don't treath clients like this. Red house wine was so sugary/low quality that I felt a headache coming. Won't return and won't recommend.

I’m a member at PSV for a long time now, so I’ve seen it all. Location is amazing, however, the restaurant has become terrible! 5-6 years ago, you would have to wait for 30 minutes to be seated, today, it’s maybe 25% occupied. The food tastiness leaves a lot to be desired. We have tried the food each year to see if the takeover in ownership made a difference and besides having an upset stomach, we were disappointed each time. The service itself is awful. The waiters are incredibly rude and generally have a bad attitude. I have never seen a restaurant where half of the staff is on a break behind the restaurant during lunch hour, lol. I don’t even buy ice cream for my kids there anymore because I get nasty looks when I use my bank card to pay. Mind you that we are there to swim nearly everyday in the summer along with other families who have kids. Plus, they keep moving the ice cream around and the selection is pathetic. If you can’t even manage the ice cream cooler then it’s obvious that there are massive problems. It’s no surprise that just about all of the regular members prefer to eat at the strassebahnerbad restaurant. If you don’t believe me, stand near the entrance during lunch time and observe the number of families crossing the street.
