★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir beauftragten die Firma "Profikamin Sanierung OG" mit der Installation und Anschlusses eines extern gekauften Kaminofens im Wohnzimmer.
Dazu wurde ein Termin mit dem Chef persönlich vereinbart.
Es erschienen zum ausgemachten Termin 3 Männer mit einem Firmenauto, diese schauten sich den Kamin an und meinten in gebrochenem Deutsch dass das nicht geht, dass sie das Kaminmodell noch nie gesehen hätten und dass sie die notwendigen Teile sowieso nicht hätten.
Weiters kannten sie das Kaminmodell (Schiedel-Umluft-SBL Kamin, neue Generation, wird in jedem zweiten neuen Wohnhaus mit Wohnraumlüftung eingebaut) nicht, und meinten, dass sie den Ofen so nicht anschließen können und dass wir den Ofen zurückschicken müssen.
Nach kurzer Zeit meldete sich der Chef telefonisch bei mir, der (anders als seine 3 Monteure vor Ort) meinte dass es doch geht, er aber Teile bestellen muss und dass dies dauere.
Auf die Frage hin, ob eine Montage nun heute - zum ausgemachten Termin - möglich sei, meinte einer der Monteure: "Heute geht nix, will auch nach Hause"....
Es wurde nunmehr eine Profifirma meinerseits beauftragt, die natürlich den Kamin sofort kannte, und den Einbau rasch und sorgfältig vornahm - noch dazu um knapp 30% günstiger.
... Meiner Erfahrung nach hat man es hier - zumindest was die Monteure vor Ort und die Preispolitik der Firma angeht - mit Amateuren zu tun. Finger Weg !!!
 We commissioned the company "Profikamin Sanierung OG" with the installation and connection of an externally purchased stove in the living room.
For this purpose, an appointment with the boss personally agreed.
It appeared at the appointed date 3 men with a company car, these looked at the fireplace and said in broken German that this is not possible, that they had never seen the fireplace model and that they would not have the necessary parts anyway.
Furthermore, they did not know the fireplace model (Schiedel-Umluft-SBL fireplace, new generation, will be installed in every second new dwelling house with domestic ventilation), and said that they can not connect the stove so and that we have to return the stove.
After a short time, the boss contacted me by phone, who said (unlike his 3 technicians on site) that it works, but he has to order parts and that this will take.
When asked if an assembly is possible today - at the agreed date - one of the fitters said: "Today, nothing works, also wants to go home" ....
It was now commissioned a professional company on my part, of course, knew the fireplace immediately, and the installation made quickly and carefully - even cheaper by almost 30%.
... In my experience, it has to do here - at least as far as the technicians on site and the pricing policy of the company - with amateurs. Hands off !!!
